The sheets felt like sandpaper. all the shops Starbucks etc have very odd hours (per hotel staff ?banking hours? limited options for onsite snacks etc

There was no full length mirror in the room. There wasn?t even a half mirror. It was my birthday weekend & it was difficult to get dressed that way. Tight space between the dresser and the wall to get to the bathroom. Ice machine on my floor didn?t work

The fire alarm at 2am The valet staff was rude

The room square footage, the staff, basically everything.

Maybe a little high on the valet parking.

The location and various restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

The cost of parking was too high and for the cost of the hotel nightly, it should not cost $55 per night to park.

Bathroom was small and room was over priced

After the hotel, not having access to their system, all weekend and constantly not being able to get into my room and being late to events, because of not having access to my room, the hotel did not want to compensate us for the inconvenience.

The check in was very tidy and the man who brought our food was very kind. The food was delicious

The room smelled of cigarette's and the shower was unclean. There was hardly any lightening in the bathroom. The people beside of us were screaming about how they had a glock on their side, and the cleaning staff just proceeded to walk by.

Staff at the Front desk was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely helpful during check in and assisting us in our coupled reservation. Besides that, the hotel was outstanding. Great location , great accommodations and just a fantastic Hotel! Would

Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again

The pool was not open due to renovations which was one of the reasons we booked. Paying for Wi-Fi is inconvenient considering we already were staying at the hotel. Could easily be a 10/10 stay if these issues are fixed.

When I rented no one informed me that the pool was under construction. If I would have known that I would have rented elsewhere. I feel as though I was tricked and I didn’t get my moneys worth because the pool and tiki bar were closed. I paid to have access to the pool and I was short changed! I believe they should have posted something about the pool being closed because I paid for a pool!!
