Omni Charlotte Hotel

My husband and I enjoy the lounging/bar area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were nice and courteous. Unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of the poolside because of winter season. Overall very pleasant stay.

Really nothing negative to say about the property. Omni Hotel has a superb reputation over the years of being outstanding! You can never go wrong booking a stay. The Omni is in the heart of Charlotte!

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel. The layout of the room and the location of the hotel. The friendly and helpfulness of the staff.

I was supposed to get a city view that I didn't get. A couple of the amenities were down like the pool and the lounge area with the t v.

the room was spacious and comfortablethe temperature was consistently comfortable - not frigid and not hotwe had lots of space - i could lay out my clothing and belongings without encroaching on the space of my travel companionthe staff were so nice - always said hello, did not seem harassed or overworked (which is an instant buzzkill when you are enjoying your stay)

it was a bit expensive to park, but i understand that is the way things are with such a central location

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Omni hotel is a beautiful one. A nice pleasant stay. Rooms are a good size. It is a prime location. 20 mins from the airport and everything in the area is walkable. Great location if want to be in the city for the weekend.

Great location, clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel, great view of the city ! We loved that Omni added a special touch to our room to celebrate our engagement! We loved our robes and our cake! It was a very special stay for us! We also loved the access to Starbucks and seeing all the little shopping stores on the bottom floor! Very convenient! Didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything other than for the Lakers game! We loved that we were in walking distance of the Spectrum center! The Omni is just perfect for us!

The overnight valet cost. We enjoyed the valet but $60 just to park your car whenever you already paid close to $400 for the room is a little too much. However, not having to worry about finding a parking spot was nice, we just had a love/hate relationship with the cost of just parking a vehicle.
