location in the heart of town the bedding was very comfortable bed linen very clean.

right in the middle of renovation and a big room bond of $---.

The pool area was great!

Rooms are in desperate need of updates, couches need to be replaced (stained & no cushion left) rooms are musty. Carpets filthy. Not for a family weekly getaway more a 1 night stay.

Extremely comfy and quiet, we had a two bedroom unit for us and our elderly parents and it was all lovely. Exceeded expectations. Breakfast was also good - handy that it was included. I’m sad I didn’t get to use the pool, it looked great.

A little pricey but it was the last room available on a long weekend so probably fair enough.

Needs unit updating especially shower and furniture.Just tired rooms, not fresh and inviting.

Bar tenders and waitresses did amazing job and we're so kind. Staff were kind. Breakfast buffet was so good.

Hotel is quite dated, needs a do-over with some TLC. Smells coming from the bathroom. Buffet was definitely not worth the price paid. Pool hours should be longer.

Comfortable bed and couch. Location and easy of parking and access.

Cleanliness of the rooms was poor, especially the bathroom hair was in the bottom of the shower, and urine and hair around the base and back of the toilet. Hair on the walls of the shower and bathroom. Kitchen is minimalistic, appliances and equipment in poor condition and not well equipped. Chopping board was stained and filthy, and dish cloth/sponge dirty and not replaced from the last guests. We went out and brough a chopping board and dish cloth. Overall, the hotel is run down and needs new carpet...everywhere. Old rattle box for air con struggled to keep up with the weather and made a hell of a noise. Woken up at 3am to a guest screaming and having a domestic with her partner. Witnessed her holding on for dear life to the bonnet of a car at the back of the hotel as her partner drove to the back of Paparazzi's slammed on the brakes and flung her into garbage bins, then drove off. Light streamed into the bedroom at 5am in the morning making sleep hard. Hotel has a strong chlorine smell from pool.

Convenient location, spacious comfortable room.

Bathroom is particular was old and tired. The facilities and ground were old.

Location stayed there several times many years ago

It isn’t as good as some of roadhouses we stayed at during our journey across Australia no insect screens so had to use antiquated air conNo help with luggage although my 86 y o husband was trying to load onto trolley Lifts very disgustingly dirty the pool lift constantly wet floor very dangerous No hot water on arrival or following morning No clean towels or services in room for three days$30 for breakfast ridiculous This hotel was a palace a haven only a few years ago gone to rack and ruin.

Overpriced and disappointing

The place is Old and tired and outdated for the price they charged; the bed was small hard and uncomfortable. the lounge was also uncomfortable being in my senior years after siting in it for twenty minutes it made my back ache, and I couldn't get up I had to get my wife to assist me. The swimming pool being inside the lounge, bar, dining area smelt of chlorine.

Rooms are pretty basic could be renovated to look a lot nicer, beds and pillows not that comfy, shower is very small

We did not use the facility of the pool. We come to Mandurah for musicals at the Arts Centre. We come by car and drive back the next day leaving the hotel by 7 am to be back in Perth. The proximity of the hotel to the Arts Centre helps us a lot and we are able to taste the different cuisine which is around the arts centre. With a hectic life style we have, its good for a change of environment. it helps us to destress as well. Thank you.

Well the breakfast at 35$ is too much to pay for . This should be looked into as people will have a better time when they have breakfast and leave the room in the morning. If breakfast is supplied and an added cost charged I am sure many of us will be happy to pay for it.

Location Place was nice

The rooms Paid for the apartment but bed was small and not comfortable. The room was dripping water onto the carpet and it smelt damp.

My young son pulled an open condom box and wrappers out from under our bed! When confronted reception we weren't given an apology, or a room change, lady just said she will take it up with house keeping. Next day we confronted management (Dante) who said he wasn't shocked and once again offered no apology or compensation. He laughed it off. Very disappointed in what used to be our favorite hotel :(

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Dinner was very nice food and service. Cocktails were amazing, and the bar tender went out of his way to explain the cocktails to us.

The building is a bit old, but views are amazing.

Showers are to small, beds are uncomfortable, no smart tv to be able to watch your shows.

Flooded on top floor

Flooded room from the rain, had to move rooms without any assistance offered or anything to reimburse our inconvenience.

Check in was easy

I ordered a king size bed and I was given 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper. The single beds were not the exact same size and I felt the partition all night. Because I slept so poorly I had a sore back the next day.
