the room was very clean and the air conditioning worked. the view from our room was nice, we stayed on the 6th floor. the curtains weren’t a issue at all, we in fact left them open for the city view. the staff had amazing service and a great attitude. check in was no issue, especially for a saturday night. we purchased our hotel no less than 30-40 minutes before we checked in around 8/9pm. the location is good as well. i will definitely be back!
i don’t necessarily have a problem with this but please keep in mind that if you decide to pay in person instead of paying online, you are required to pay the cost of your room and an additional $100 deposit that will be refunded within 1-5 days.

Nothing good about this hotel!
We arrived at 3:00AM and the hotel was completely dark and closed. Locked up tight. Had to walk across the street and find a room at the Marriott. They had been flooded earlier in the day and were completely shut down. Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location, parking
Smelled, bathroom was insanely tiny and the vanity was too big for the space- so much so that you couldn’t open the tap all the way. Beds were not comfortable. Of course so breakfast due to “covid” but somehow the bar was up and going ??♀️

Location is great.
I booked a room only because they said they allowed pets but when I got there to check in, they said they did not allow pets. So I went to the La Quinta across the street. Much nicer and staff was friendlier.

Location was perfect for our needs.
They checked us in under the wrong name, so we had random people walk into our room TWICE. After we checked out there was a $108 charge on my card from the hotel. When I called to ask about it the manager denied that I had been charged¿ I WAS!
