From check in/check out, kickstart/ breakfast all the staff was so kind and welcoming! The room was also very quiet which is always appreciated. Good location for all our activities downtown.
The bed in our room was a little firm, but that’s just our personal preference.

Parking was first couple floors of the hotel, so easy to bring our stuff in. They don’t check you in any earlier than 3 PM EXACTLY! So it does get a bit lined up there. Impressed with their complementary dinner & breakfast! Lots of breakfast options, and chicken pasta Alfredo was on the menu for dinner when we were there. Also, three drink beverage voucher per guest was a surprise. We went to a hockey game at the nationwide arena, and was only a seven minute walk - felt safe as well! The room was really nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was abundant and varied, with options for everyone. Likewise, the buffet dinner was just what I was looking for. The gym, pool, lobby, and restaurant facilities were just perfect, as was the room, which was spacious, clean, and quiet. The service from the managers, reception, and restaurant was 10/10.A hotel with a good family and business atmosphere.Excellent Wi-Fi throughout.Excellent location for the Columbus Convention Center and getting around the city.
I didn't like that the hotel was already booked for the rest of the my days and I had to move to another one hahhaha, and that other one was horrible, even though it was of a higher category.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant!! From check in to check out! They made our stay so much better than any other hotel I have stayed at!
So many options! Free dinner (unexpected) breakfast included! Hot tub security I could go on forever!
