This newly refurbished 4-star hotel is based on the edge of the green belt, with easy access to London, the Kent countryside and the M25 London orbital motorway, via the A2. - No bath mat No shower cap No body lotion
- As a customer who has food allergies and has his own food, I asked for my food to be refrigerated but the staff refused and the manager on duty also refused to do it. They did not make any accommodations for me.
