Nice Room. Staff excellent on desk. Even insisted I had a bottle of water when I returned to the lobby from a run !!

Good Location. Not Central but close enough and close to the lovely At Stephens Green.

The hotel was perfectly llocated. Extremely comfortable. The beds especially after a 12 hour flight! Loved the Nespresso machine. Great staff delicious food. Prompt room service

Housekeeping needs to provide more than one small tube of moisturizer for 3 day stay for 2 people. They replaced shampoo daily

Location. Close to tourist areas but not in the busy Grafton area. Lovely location to walk thorough Stephen's Green in the morning.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food/beer in the pub Alfie Byrne's downstairs was great and a big shoutout to for their excellent service.

The concierge and door men were wonderful and truly helpful. Their professionalism and courtesy were the 5 star element of the hotel.

Everything was a bit outdated. The rooms were less than impressive as were the amenities. The bar was slow and indifferent. Would have expected more lush accommodations and better in room amenities.

The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Whilst I enjoyed my stay, I failed to see what sets this hotel out as 5 star. The decor of the rooms is somewhat dated and fails to match up to other lower rated hotels that I have stayed in.
