Pros +
- I was able to check in early. The front desk person Tammy was very helpful.
- It was all pretty good
- The view from our balcony was awesome. I could set on the balcony and watch my grandchildren fishing from the dock.
Cons -
- Still waiting to receive my invoice since I had early checkout there was not much instruction where to leave key card or how to checkout. Some instruction on check out would be great in future. Other than that I love this place and would definitely come back
- We had to walk on next to a busy road to get to the pool with the kids
- The floor in the condo was filthy. Feet/socks were black from walking. Dirty towels were left by whirlpool tub on floor in bedroom. The people above and below had multiple children and at 11pm-midnight were in the garden side playing hide and seek screaming. They were sitting on the chairs by our patio which we could see as it is off main bedroom. We have stayed multiple times here and never had issues like this. Will be back 8/7-8/10 hopefully will be better.
