Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa

It's a great facility, generally peaceful and pleasant. The room was massive, and we got a very nice balcony overviewing the pool. Beds were quite comfortable, parking was super easy.

Compared to other high-end resorts, Omni feels a little bit outdated, particularly the bathroom. The shower pressure was very poor, and the fact that we were located right in front of pool ended up being a bit loud as the pool closed late and we go to bed early (that's probably a "us" problem)

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was great, amenities were good, food was decent, our entire stay was great and we plan to come back again.

Too far from the parking lot to get to the car. Ridiculous to go thru the lobby each time.shower head hit us both in the face. Could not be adjusted at all.

That the room did not have a refrigerator. I attempted to contact the hotel numerous times to make different inquiries and no one ever answered.

The property is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and has plenty of room.

The rooms are not cleaned during my stay, which is normal for COVID-19. However, when I had the give me new towels the person did not empty the garbage. The cost is high for the service that is provided.

This is a very nice golf resort. The rooms are really quiet except for the doors of other rooms closing. We ate at the clubhouse bar/grill one night. Food was ok but the patio and staff was excellent.

The carpets had a couple of stains on them and the room doors would slam if guest were not careful.

I love the location. I wanted a Casita, they are being remodeled, I don't think they serve a continental breakfast, can't remember using their wifi.

I love the little Casitas, I don't think they are coming back.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

We only had decaf coffee in our room. ☺️

excellent location safe gated resort

we were placed in the cheaper rooms far removed from the main pool area and restaurants. The rooms here were very dated unlike the rooms near the pool area

The location is absolutely beautiful! Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Walked into another couples room! Dirty Qtips left ontop of sink in new room Pool was dirty, WAY too much chlorine, tarnished my silver jewelry Drinks were terrible & over priced Curtains wouldn't close completely Shorted us on credit we were to be g
