The hotel is nice, clean and in a good location. Would be nice to have a coffee machine . It's too much trouble to get dressed and go some for a coffee.
We had a problem with drainage I'm the shower. Could have some more amenities..very basic

The hotel has many it's nice and has cool shops, also it's well located, the price was good for what we paid.
My room was facing the air exhausts of the building and there was a lot of noise and I couldn't sleep well, also the view of my room was not good.

Lots of facilities and restaurants inside the hotel.
The rollercoaster making noise at midnight in front of the window.

Great place overall - clean, comfortable rooms and a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent, with a beautiful surrounding area and easy access to all the key spots in the city. A really nice stay!
The bathroom looked nice, but the shower and the bathtub were a bit underwhelming. The water pressure was quite weak, and it was surprisingly easy to slip while using the shower, which made it feel less comfortable than expected.

The size of the room was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the New York New York is right at the top of the strip so location not the best in Vegas.
They took a $200 holding deposit which you don’t get back for weeks not a problem if you’ve got the money, but if you’re on a budget, it’s something that you could be doing without also they just send far too many messages. They must’ve messaged us about 20 times about various different things. It’s it’s on the borderline of stalking.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms. Very clean. Very comfortable beds.
Just a small thing and wasn't really much of a big deal. Location is good but maybe a bit far up the strip from all the stuff we wanted to do. You can get buses though.

Proximity to the airport and strip. MGM tram nearby. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Room was gigantic, as was the bed.
Wait to receive a key card when there shouldn't be. Bathroom grout is gross. Room hot tub is gross. Made the whole room very damp. Room view was dismal.Everything is expensive.

Great location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and great value.
No tea / coffee making facilities or fridge. Casino smelly with cigarettes (as are all such hotels)
