The location was excellent.
The fact that you might arrive late at a very pricy hotel and then be offered water for $3 if you are not a premium member, or that you do not have a place to park other than valet, or have to search for it yourself.

Great location to the ball park. Nice room and all the amenities that went with the room and the hotel. The room was clean and spotless
The bed was hard and the pillows were to soft and wished that I brough my own pillows. One of the chairs In the kitchen was super wobbly and one of the chairs in the living room had a few stains on them. The keyless entry stopped working after the second try.

Nice feel to the hotel, pleasant rooms
3 cockroaches in our bathroom, blood stains on the pillow case. Reception’s reaction “oh”.

Location was perfect for walking around downtown. Easy to drive to Coors Stadium from hotel. The pillows and mattresses on the bed were amazingly comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Had to call twice for housekeeping. The employee was very apologetic that no one showed up after the first call.

Always easy to get to and checked in. Great location.
The A/C did not work and made it very uncomfortable

Beds are comfortable and the room was a good size.
They didn't clean the room until 8:00 p.m. or later. We had to ask for towels and tissue because they didn't come until so late.
