The location is excellent. Considering the free tram between Luxor/Mandalay Bay/Excaliber , it’s easy to get around this area to all sorts of shops/restaurants etc. the Mandalay Bay was allowing Luxor guests to use their open tub this winter. It was awesome. It was the VIP for adult section that they open up to everyone in down season. Titanic exhibit and blue man group within lobby. Amazing activities.
Overall it was an amazing property. Sad no pools opened during the winter, however was very happy to find a hot tub at Mandalay Bay open pool that allowed Luxor guests. The rooms were good, not superb but good. We got an upgrade in the tower. Beautiful views. However no refrigerator/microwave. But they did have an ice machine on that floor. No cofffee maker but a Starbucks right by the elevators that opened at 4am.

The safe could have not been locked-could not use.

Excellent place, very good location, it has everything.
Everything was excellent, the people were very friendly. Everything was great. The only problem was that when we checked into our room, they assigned us a dirty one.

Close to airport, big rooms, pretty quiet and comfy
Location of check in requires you to drag your suitcases through the casino floor twice (from parking to reception, then from reception to elevators). Presumably this is intentional to make you want to go to the casino but was very annoying and unpleasant when you’ve just arrived after a long day of travel

Smokers and could not get QR code to work on my iPhone to checkout. Some of the elevator buttons would not light up.

Great location, many dining options at the hotel.
Found another person in our room. It turned out that there was a double check-in made and a stranger was placed into our room as well. Got it sorted out in the reception with no problems.

relatively good location and nice building from outside
The shower had low pressure with mostly cold water. There were dark plastic covers stuck to windows preventing sunlight to come in I guess to save money. It made the room very dark. The furniture were old and chair was almost falling apart. Bits of trash in the room but also common areas. AC not reliable turning up sometimes without reason as the room was already cold. Generally poorly managed.
