The staff were nice, I felt comfortable with the stay. The room was clean. Overall it my stay was great

The location was nice.
There was dog feces on the stairs and on the sidewalks. It was awful when we checked out and had to zig and zag our luggage out to the van because of this situation. And our door didn’t shut all the way completely. So it rattled all night and kept me awake for most of the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive acknowledged me as soon as I came into the place, which was very helpful with accommodation front desk clerk was super nice!

The parking note was dirty. The outside was dirty. My room was OK. It was clean, but it was a lot of roaches and it’s supposed to be a non-smoking room and a smell like cigarettes.
My room is supposed to be a non-smoking room and a smell like cigarettes. The listing does not say that you have to leave $100 deposit which I left $100 deposit, but never was refunded back to me.

The staff is polite. the location is convenient. The water is hot.
The shower is broken in both rooms we have been in now and the shower pan in the current room is in disarray, has mold and hair in it. We had to bleach it just to be comfortable with it.
