Beautiful heritage building Big bedroom, spacious Staff were very friendly

Access with heavy luggage difficult; Room was cold and felt damp, Uninviting on arrival .Pillows were awful, towels were thin and small. Room was not cleaned once in 5 daysWe had a very early checkout, no-one at front desk despite being assured someone would be there Getting our luggage from our room to outside was again very difficult

Clean, nice bar and terrace to sit and have food or just drinks.

Lack of storage for clothing and other items. Safe was too small.

Brilliant location to train and city centre .....really nice upmarket town with restaurants and bars.....prices were very reasonable for the location

Amazing breakfast, everything what is needed to start a good day. Perfect location, close to the railway station.

Rooms are a little worn out. A little renovation is needed.

Restaurant was closed both Saturday and Sunday for maintenance, but I was not advised of this in advance TV reception on certain channels was a bit glitchy

Wifi signal very bad. I was in room 225, top floor.

The coffee machine had good coffee, but you had to be careful to keep an eye on the cup. If I wouldn't stop it with my hand it would fall on the floor.

Very well-appointed place. Largely set up for the conference trade, and so just a bit corporate, but provided a comfortable stay nevertheless. Excellent breakfast and pleasant staff.

Nothing in particular, though if I'd been staying for longer than 1 night I'd have liked access to a lounge that wasn't part of a bar. My 'classic' double room was pretty small; paying more for a bigger room would have been worthwhile.

Very clean, tidy, rituals soap, there is a coffee and tea in the room. Very friendly staff.

Very nice atmosphere in the public areas, with candles even during the day..Tasteful decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, well.laid out and easy to access. Breakfast room was spacious. Very quiet.

The room was very comfy, had everything I needed. I loved the old-fashioned radiator and windows which could be opened, so it was easy to adjust the room temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom perfect. There was a kettle which is important for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal in a beautiful street 5 minutes from the train station and the centre of Zwolle. No car needed.

Only one thing: on arrival, there was an opened and half empty water bottle in the mini-fridge. Since everything else was spit spot clean, I guess it was just an oversight.

Friendly helpful staff. Room for secure bike storage. Great breakfast.
