Branson Hillside Hotel

It was quiet and clean throughout. The location was perfect for our needs.

The beds were uncomfortable for us because we are used to memory foam. They may be great for someone else.

Room was extremely humid. Inside the hotel was fine, but once we entered our room the air felt wet.

They need to update their website and take down the photos of the pool and workout room that are not part of the hotel anymore. The coffee is terrible but they do have creamer. The one microwave is located in the laundry room?? Very odd.

Good location

Beds were terribly uncomfortable as were the pillows. Our backs hurt every morning. Thermostat needed a battery or something. We had to adjust continuously. Nobody ever cleaned the room or changed sheets. I had to ask for towels twice

Tons of amenities

No ice machine on main level but that's honestly not a big deal

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job!

The parking lot isn't the best with you having someone in a wheelchair. There is not enough handicap parking for a hotel this large. Most of the time, you had to park way too far away with someone who is handicap. Also, the pool area is very, very small for such a huge hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice room

A little small, but not a real problem for me. You could hear the conversations from the next room and the hallway, so not great insulation between rooms

The location was nice.

There wasn’t a indoor pool anymore. Evidently they sold off that part of the property. Also our room plus other areas of the hotel smell moldy and wet.

Decent location and plenty of parking.

Water Park was still closed even though website never stated it was closed and booking said it was only closed until 2nd of August 2023. We stayed the 15th through 17th for our son's birthday so that was a big let down for him. Outdoor pool is outdated and hazardous for little ones with tile missing around edges among other things. No bottle water in the lobby to purchase, beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom door was hard to shut and open. We left a night early because we couldn't deal with it anymore.

We did like the location and the staff was great! Our room was clean.

The pool was still not operational as it wasnt when we stayed in March. Our AC unit was not keeping up and it was hot in the room. Also lots of condensation on the floor and made it wet.
