Excellent Hotel / Resort
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in . Beautiful scenery , the hotel resort has plenty to do and activities going on . We really enjoyed our stay.
we had some hiccups with our first room the lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating she changed our room over and upgraded us to a suite. She was so awesome with everything. Thank you to outstanding customer service , even the lady who attends the pool area she was helpful and had alot of knowledge about the hotel her name was Donna.
over all the staff went above and beyond even the lady in the on site museum knew so much knowledge about what she talked about with the hotel / resort we enjoyed talking with her shes a true historian about the hotel/ resort .
Everyone was very nice and helpful iam so glad we chose to stay at this property resort
