Overall atmosphere was nice; liked that tables were less than the "high roller" hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Food choices OK but not exceptional.

Your hotel is beautiful, I like it very much, but the hotel staff treated people badly.
I need a bath towel. I called the hotel service, and they said they would bring one to me. I waited for an hour, but the hotel service didn't bring the towel.

It's slightly off strip but we were fully aware of that so that is not really an issue

clean room
Yesterday there was a safety concern. A man walked into the room while my gf was alone. The male person didn’t announce himself unsure if it was staff. My girl friend brought this up to the front desk and the lady said “ next time latch the door”. The door was closed therefore we didn’t see the need for a latch. It was worrisome. My girlfriend could have been changing or showering. This is a safety matter. I would like a manager to address this problem. We are schedule to g out again and we already booked in advance at this location. However now we are looking on canceled or stay and letting are family and friends know about the safety concerns we experienced

The hotel room was clean and spacious and matched the photos exactly. The hotel has a great pool that’s big and plenty of space for guests. The restaurants were great quality food, i.e. the Hash House was great food and good portions for the price. We had great entertainment and shows in the resort that was only a 10 minute walk. I liked that we had convenient stores and restaurants within the resort so we didn’t have to leave the building every time I needed something. The location was also close by the strip so when we took Ubers it was a 5 minute drive to essentially anywhere.

Room was really clean, you can tell that it was maintained well. Location is close to malls and downtown area.
Only the smoking over Casino, but you cannot blame that.
