Rio Hotel And Casino, A Destination By Hyatt Hotel

Elevators were tricky as a few of them were offline. Hotel @ capacity makes for a wait but manageable.

Food was good

Hotel didn’t honor reservation. Was supposed to have a 2 queen suite and got a king suite w/queen pullout (3 people in party). No room available. Gave us a $100 hotel credit to use. Most of the elevators not working causing long waits.

The counter staff was arrogant, malcontents and was not helpful at all. The room rest room did not have proper amenities and every time we needed something, they wanted to charge for it. Nickel and dime to death. plus, a service fee was added.

Not sure, except the convenience store on the first store was great

Was just too long for check in, lack of help and when helped, seemed not important that we were even there. When checking out same thing. Was unable to talk to anyone trying to call the hotel regarding our over charge of $---reversed card charge.

Rooms are outdated, takes for ever for the water to get hot in the shower, the AC sucks, the room never got cold nor a fresh tempature

The large room & GIANT 65" TV! Large bed. Large couch. Great pool. Great gym. Staff could be nicer though. Their cable provider sucks too. TV signal was out the next morning. Sad! Outrageously priced mini-bar. Also dumb! Shower with half a door. Dumb!

It was 2PM and they hinted that I may have to pay to check-in early! Ridiculous! The room was ready, but they wanted to nickel & dime me. Penny wise, pound foolish. The room is ready so let people get settled and start spending money in the hotel. Dumb!

Room was recently renovated. Large suite, comfortable bed.

Honestly not much in my opinion, very disappointed in my whole experience this visit!!!

I wasn't happy with my room, requested/booked a top floor when i made the reservation and when i got there they put me on the 3 floor with a view of the AC units. out of 6 elevators, only 3 worked. the floor on my hallway to my room was completely soaked

The long check in line and the fact that they smoke in the casino area you can smell it while checking in I don't smoke so it was very unpleasant

They have self check in but still have to wait in line to get a room , to call front desk from the room they have AI GENERATED Service. I filed complaint that bathtub water was clogged they told me service guy will be there within 5 hours. They never came

the room was awful - upon check found 2 huge roaches - the room was old and outdated

I booked the 4-star version of the hotel but was placed in the 3-star Masquerade tower, which is listed separately. This should not be possible.

Our AC did not work, getting a hold of someone is a nightmare, called 3 different times to get it fixed, spent entire stay in warm room.

The rooms were very spacious.

I did not like the wait time to go on the elevator my we had to use the stairs because we waited 45 minutes to get the elevator before we decided to go down the stairs and my son with a heart condition got super tired 😫 and out of breath .

No real people to help upon check in. Kiosk unclear about room location, was wandering around trying to find the tower elevator with no staff in sight

There was poo on the floor from a dog (I’m hoping) but still GRoSS tv did not work minor but not for the cost of the room and of course they did NOT give me the room I reserved online before I got here Biggest complaint

The room was supposed to be a 4 star but it was gross in there. Flooring ripping up, stains, rust, etc.

The room toilet was not working. I waited about 2hrs and no one came to fix it. After that i was changed rooms

Food court / Phillies sandwich. Staff is rude, offensive, dismissive and profane. The service was subpar at best. The order took over an hour and when the staff was asked about the delay, the response was "I don't know I didn't take the order "
