Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

I have been to many resorts in my time so far, Arum Barut exceeded all my expectations. The staff were always fantastic and attentive, and it was a pleasure to see the facilities manager running around ensuring all needs were taken care of.

The team was wonderful. The food was very tasty and diverse. Loved our experience. The room was kept clean and we got all we needed for our baby like a bath and bath accessories, bottle warmer and a high chair. They made our stay very easy with a small baby. There was a microwave and sterilization machine for us to clean the baby bottles properly. It’s a family oriented resort that ticks all the boxes. Big thanks to the lady at guest relations for sending me a feel better chocolate after I inquired about the ambulance on site. There is a lady at the breakfast station that is a true treasure! Felt like we are taken care of by a family member. My favorite spot at the resort was seaside bar at sunset time.

I wish there was a different system for the sun beds around the pool. Not a fault of the hotel but most guests had this culture of fighting to get the best spots in the morning and reserve them for the day even when they are not there to use them.

Excellent hotel for family vacation! Everything here is just perfect. The rooms are large & super clean, and the housekeeping is professional. An ultra all inclusive that they also keep the service at high level, and the variety of food and beverages are available all the time. The pools and the beach are beautiful and clean. The Gym is well equipped with the latest machines. The sport activities are very nice including aquaspinning, aqua excercise, beach vollyball, and many more! The music dj and night shows programs are amazing. This place is excellent for its price. Petunya A la Carte is a must visit Turkish cuisine at the property. Do your reservation during your stay!All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and prompt! They’ll make you feel home. I would like to send special thanks to:- Furkan, Mustafa, Omer D. & Omer G. It was my 6th time in Arum Barut in the last 5 years. I have been to Turkey so many times before, but Arum Barut is the only place where I want to come back every year. The hotel is very nice, green territory, very ordinate and very well curated, big variety in food, which is always tasty. There is always space on the beach at any time of the day even with a full hotel. The beach bar is a diamond, you won’t wanna leave!The big thanks to the team, I do think that all the magic is done by the staff who makes you feel like home. You feel like all the team wants your stay to be perfect, you feel cuddled, every question is being answered and whenever there is something, the team is there to help you. This is what I have never felt before in my other stays in other hotels, and what makes me come back to Arum Barut. ❤️

Nothing to declare

The staff are what make this hotel amazing. From the room cleaners to the chefs, they all do an amazing job and are so friendly. They genuinely care. Our room was cleaned everyday to such a brilliant standard. The grounds were constantly manicured and new flowers planted. Pools and surrounds are spotless. The maintenance teams are always on top of it. Nothing looks worn or tired. Beds are very comfortable. Evening entertainment was very good. Something for everyone. The best part about the arum is the food. A really diverse range of quality food. We were late eating one evening and we could see them clearing up . The left over unused food is disposed of and not used toMake the lunch or breakfast or reincarnated as something else. Everything is fresh everyday. Standards are kept high. Already booked again

The children’s facilities were not as good as last year. Possibly due to the dynamics of the age groups. There was not as much to do for over 12s maybe there not many over 12s there. This did not stop them having fun there

Very relaxed well maintained property with amazing staff

I went same time last year. Only difference was the quality of bar drinks. They used to use fresh ingredients now it’s all flavoured syrups

Room 1206 , main building: if you open the window/terrace door, you won't be able to sleep after 5-57 am because of the music of the restaurant (open air one). It's really annoying -automatically it starts playing at 5-57 am! Indeed a strange creation of a "nice atmosphere "

I wanted to mention Hatice who was helpful, kind and genuine.

I expected more. The property is beautiful. We visited in early March and as someone who is visiting from the US it seemed like it needed better management... more thought. Especially during the off season. 2 out of 4 restaurants were closed. Understandable, but just worth mentioning I guess. Overall, the staff was nice and helpful, even though most didn't speak English and very little Russian. I think the property is German/Turkish oriented.I had a great time with my family, but for someone who was trying to make it very special for someone I care about, I felt disappointed.

There is a beach bag in the room. Horrible food, no beach, useless peer without a bar

Please avoid this hotel at any cost. I have been to Turkey over 25 times and stayed in different hotels with different star ratings. Food was disgusting, no even nice soups (I love Turkish soups and in the worst scenario can survive on soups only!!!)- would you eat white watery carrot soup with a lot of oil and carrot bits? or watery cold lentil soup? After a couple of days I had a very bad stomach issue and had to rush to the pharmacy (very bad heartburn which I have never experienced before). Please be aware there is no beach, you can roast on the shore but it would not be possible to swim from the beach due to the massive stone platforms! The peer is very narrow and you will need to be awake 7 am to reserve beds, no bar on the peer only water and juice. Swimming pool is dirty after a day in the swimming pool skin from my legs started pilling off and it was not a sunburn - I have been to Turkey 2 weeks before this trip. Overall if please avoid this place, this chain in general - there are better hotels to stay in Turkey.

The hotel is very well maintained and managed. All our requests were immediately accommodated and the staff was really friendly.
