Comfortable pool area

Most rooms surround the pool, music and guest drinking until midnight. Poor food options.

The all inclusive nature was perfect. The food was good and drinks were flowing. Hotel and service staff were friendly and attentive. The snack bar could use a bit more variety - the options were usually hotdogs, fries, and burgers.

Most of the rooms face into the pool area, which is open late. It didn't bother us, but just note that there is music and activity until 10pm and sometimes slightly later if you are a light or early sleeper - bring ear plugs.

Staff are great. Walking distance to everything. Charming mexican character. Not beach front but cheap and cheerful. If you're looking for a quaint affordable getaway this place is wonderful for the price.

Staircase are like Hogwarts. We got lost aloton the first day but it was part of the charm.

We checked out due to being mislead on website information.Then was accused of taking a clothes hanger.

This hotel certainly has charm. This is not a big hotel which means there are just the right amount of people and space to make friends, not wait in line and be served appropriately.

Nothing worst experience I could have I don¿t recommend very disappointed..

Every thing was find

Charming, clean, amazing staff, nice variety of food, relaxing pool area, fun entertainment on some evenings, endless shots of tequila! Great for the price. About 15-20 mins to zona romantica by Uber ($8) or bus (50 cents). Walkable to beach area with all incisive bar and some lounge chairs. There’s a big market nearby walking distance with trinkets and street foods, but walk along busy road.

The property is a little outdated compared to the photos but still felt clean. Room was a good size with an outdoor balcony but the bathroom was a little old. The juices and mixed drinks were not very good (they seemed like they were mixed with sugar or not authentic juice) but tequila, wine, and beer were good. It was a little loud (you could hear other guests partying on the balconies at night) and it’s located on a busy road (but made it easy to catch the bus or taxi!) All of the little faults were still worth the price point!

For an all inclusive the food was very bad in terms of quality and amount.The facilities at the beach were really bad, no restrooms and no showers at the beach, no food, no snacks. It was shared with a public beach, they don’t own a relax space.

We have been coming here for 10 years. Always the best. We have got to know most of the staff and everyone treats you like family. Not right on beach but a block away and the have a shuttle

Nothing but the stairs were a bit challenging.

It was a cute little hotel. I loved the buffet area looking towards the pool area. Depending on the nights, the food is a hit or miss but they have a lot of options. All the staff were attentive and super nice. We were able to see when they lit up the tree and it was so cute! We got the all-inclusive when the prices were low and it was worth it to us. We still went out and explored. Definitely take ubers instead of taxis out there because it’s cheaper. They have a shuttle that takes you and picks you up from the beach to their little area where you can still get free drinks and free snacks. The rooms were cute and intimate but the balcony’s are a little small depending on the room and what view you get.

Honestly we didn’t have any problems with the property. It was our first time going to Puerto and we really enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely nothing

The food awful! Air conditioning bad, bed so uncomfortable!

I liked that the staff was friendly. The pool was a good size. Waiters by the pool were ready to get your order.

The food was okay. A lot of repetition. The AC in our room was not as cold as I would have wanted.
