I wish we just skipped the whole area
I felt safe once we were locked in our room. The pool looked nice. One of the staff in the restaurant were lovely. The room was clean and the shampoos were nice.
From the moment I got there being told to leave my car out the front and take my 2 babies inside with me to reception I was just not impressed. The girl Emily was rude and once I finally got in the gate I asked her if it was safe to leave the doors open for my kids and run inside to which she laughed and said no was up to me. The signs around the property definitely make you wary and there is never a mention to keep your key so you can get back out the gate. I practically had to beg for her to just let us out so I didn’t have to take my kids again out of the car. The room gets far too light far too early so no one slept well
