We were able to walk to restaurants.

It was difficult to get onto the street where the entrance was located.

Good price quick book in and out and clean room

Large spacious rooms , far enough off the street to be reasonably quiet

No lift to the upper levels, had to carry heavy luggage up a few flights of stairs

Room size is good and very easy to find the location

1. It's next to the road so it's very noisy. 2. The room has no soundproofing so you can hear the nextdoor gigle and sneeze clearly. 3. The couple next to our room has argued from 9pm - 3am then made love from 3am - 5am, the whole floor heard the noise, I asked the staff to support but didn't work at all.

Sparkling clean room! This hotel needs some minor cosmetic repairs, but it was so clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and friendly! The only one downside is that WiFi in my room was a bit weak (but it was the room in the end of the hall).

Staff was great, quite a big room, Just needed something simple,It was a real hot day, so thankful the air-con worked great! Definitely woukd stay there again.

Large bathroom. Gave me a microwave, toaster, cups and plates when asked.

Items were not in the room as advertised til I asked.

Everything was impressive. The customer service was fantastic, the desk was maned at night which added an element of safety which is appreciated. Can't thank the team member on the desk, I had a little accident with my knee and they came to check that I was okay and assisted me, rooms were beyond our expectations, clean spacious and comfortable and the whole experience was great. Seriously, we left super happy highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for making our stay so easy and memorable.

As a whole was very nice, only issue is the suburb however my motorcycle was parked in the car park for 3 nights and was never touched so its in a good position regardless of the suburb

I was dreading staying here in Dandenong on a Saturday night but honestly, it was much quieter than I expected. I did request to change rooms, which was no problem from reception, as it was facing the freeway. The new room was much better and quieter. The bathroom was huge and quite luxurious with a modern stone and tile finish. Great hot water in the shower. Good bed, rather firm which I like. Most motel beds are too soft, not here. Reception is open 24 hrs and they sell Coles brand chips too! Nice! Good wifi too...

Limited kitchen options for a Comfort inn. No toaster or plates of any kind.

The location is not for family with children.Junkies everywhere.

When we booked a paid there was no.mention of a $200 deposit..What If we didn't have it.It should be mentioned when booking. It's misinformation.

The reception was friendly, messages were answered quickly, the room was spacious inside, and the restroom was clean.

The bedside table on the right was not clean.

No smart tv in my room but there were smart tvs in the other rooms.No drinking water was provided.
