Pros +
- Location worked well for me. Staff member extremely helpful as I arrived early from train but he sorted everything and stored luggage until later with a complementary upgrade to save me having to use stairs.
- Location is convenient.
- Location was great for us.
Cons -
- There was no chair of any kind in the room which was disappointing, as was the fact that the restaurant was closed,
- The room I stay was smelled odd.
- The two showers were a bit confusing to use. No other complaints

Location of this hotel is great for travellers to the station & to the airport. The cleanliness & comfort of the rooms are excellant, as well as the ample supplies of tea coffee. The on-site restaurant is a bonus as well for tired travellers as well.
