Location is convenient.
Location was great for us.
Location of this hotel is great for travellers to the station & to the airport. The cleanliness & comfort of the rooms are excellant, as well as the ample supplies of tea coffee. The on-site restaurant is a bonus as well for tired travellers as well.

Cons -

The room I stay was smelled odd.
The two showers were a bit confusing to use. No other complaints
The room I was originally given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but the front desk staff allowed me to move rooms. There is a fair bit of noise & vibration from the nearby trams & trains, but that's the flipside of the convenient location.

The location was exactly what I needed, close to Southern Cross station. I had an issue with my original room and the staff were extremely helpful in allowing me to move rooms and even offered an upgrade.

The room I was originally given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but the front desk staff allowed me to move rooms. There is a fair bit of noise & vibration from the nearby trams & trains, but that's the flipside of the convenient location.
