Pros +
- The location and pools
- This hotel has rooms big enough to accommodate large families. There is enough to do that you don't need to go anywhere off property.
- Nothing. When I booked the reservation I was told I could extend my stay at the desk. When I got to the hotel they said I had to do it online.
Cons -
- Our room was very dirty and had cockroaches. Some of the amenities were closed and we did not find out until we checked in. The shower was very dirty with existing use from previous guests. Overall not very pleased with this hotel.
- Staff wasn’t very helpful elevator broke whole trip and had to carry stuff all they way up to third floor
- The front desk did not care about anything unless they were absolutely held to a definitive answer. There is very little attention to details. Furniture was broke and wore down. Tub drains broke. Little things that can add up.

Nothing. When I booked the reservation I was told I could extend my stay at the desk. When I got to the hotel they said I had to do it online.
I did not like how snobby the staff were and how when I walked into the lobby they gave me that once over with a nasty look. This completely ruined our weekend.
