Pros +
- This hotel has rooms big enough to accommodate large families. There is enough to do that you don't need to go anywhere off property.
- Nothing. When I booked the reservation I was told I could extend my stay at the desk. When I got to the hotel they said I had to do it online.
- Our jacuzzi tub wasn?t working and they immediately got someone to our room to fix it.
Cons -
- The front desk did not care about anything unless they were absolutely held to a definitive answer. There is very little attention to details. Furniture was broke and wore down. Tub drains broke. Little things that can add up.
- I did not like how snobby the staff were and how when I walked into the lobby they gave me that once over with a nasty look. This completely ruined our weekend.
- They didn't give you conditioner and 1 super small shampoo. Also no stopper for the water from the shower to the floor. I put a towel down but the water runs right out onto the floor and with the tile grooves it just goes everywhere

We only stayed for one night but check in was super fast & easy, room was clean. We would stay their again for sure
