Super clean, the food court and lots to do

The parking to get to the hotel is horrible

It’s very, very tired and worn out. Room was not clean when we arrived but when the maid cleaned our second day it was better. More consideration should be given to nonsmokers on the casino level. You have to walk through smoke to get to nonsmoking.

Room is clean and big enough for 3 of us. The sheets are clean and no bad smell. Sleeps good.

Parking fee for the hotel customer. No good.$20/day is a lot. They should offer for free. Too much. I rather go to different hotel for free parking.

Room location; only one room on side. Good view of The Sphere.

Loud; people next door woke us up talking so loud around 4am. Some rude wait staff at Starbucks & bar. Filthy carpets in halls & not so great in rooms.

Put us in the Mountain Tower even though we reserved Valley Tower cuz power was "out" in Valley Tower- for 3 days? Did not credit us for price difference. Gave us a $30 room credit for our troubles, but was not reflected on statement upon checkout. Etc...

We booked for the newer tower at harrahs and at check in they gave us the mountain tower.

Quick self check in kiosk, quiet rooms, modern decor

The half shower door, malfunctioning bathroom sink spout, no mini fridge, confusing checking drive up and parking garage location

The staff was amazing! I had read some negative reviews about the hotel, but too a chance as I wanted to be close to the Sphere. I'm SO glad I did. The staff went out of their way to accommodate. Everyone was kind and friendly. The room was clean. Enjoyed

While taking a warm shower, it became COLD out of no where when the neighbor turned on there shower.

Dirty room upon arrival. I requested a fridge for medications, which did not arrive to my room for 8 hours and was full of mold inside the fridge. Was told that there was not a manager on site, and was given a contact number for a call center manager.

Lifted trucks have no where to park as far as self park, so in turn you are forced to pay $150 upfront amount plus $40 a day to keep it there for “Valet”, yet they didn’t bring our truck to us when we checked out, nor did they help with the bags. HORRIBLE

We did not receive our room cleaned every day due to the girl that checked us in was unpleasant & added we requested room not to be clean which was untrue. She was very blunt & no customer service skills.

Cheap

Entire room was dusty. Including the bed. No shower door. NO HOT TUB. " It's closed for the season". However, no one told me this on the ad, or during check out. They offered me to go to the hot tub at the linq or the flamingo. Neither have a hot tub

When I arrived (at 10pm) they said my room wasn’t ready.

I was a late guess! The gentleman at front lobby was so kind and professional !
