Pros +
- The hotel was clean and had a pleasant fragrance. Guest services was nice and responded quickly.
- House keeping was prompt when asking for more towels
- The Location of the hotel and the entertainment it offers inside.
Cons -
- The waitresses at the casino were very rude and disrespectful to us while we were playing the slots. Didn't like the fact that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in them. My family members didn't get the room views they paid for. They paid for pool view with no pool in sight, one paid for city view and got back of building view! Most likely, I won't stay here again.
