Free car parking.
Poor signage for entry to hotel and reception. Reception next to Cana is dispensary so not a safe environment. No microwave in room. No coffee maker in room. Noisy air conditioner. No hairdryer. No breakfast. Bleak reception area. Isolated location far from public transport and downtown Tucson attractions.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly, but not necessarily efficient. Management needs to inspect rooms after Housekeeping is finished.
Got out of the shower and realized only one hand towel was available. Air conditioner started rattling in the middle of the night. Light over sink didn't work.

Excellent location for getting anywhere in Tucson.
Definitely need microwaves in the room to avoid huge inconvenience of having to leave the room for a cup of coffee or to reheat food.

The location was good.
The woman that checked us in made our stay very uncomfortable. I received an email that there would be a $100 deposit. During check in she informed us that they would keep our deposit if there were any missing towels, any stains on the towels or the sheets. It just made the stay we’re we couldn’t get comfortable and relax because we were worried about staining anything. We didn’t even use the towels provided in fear that we would accidentally get them dirty.
