Pros +
- The wait staff, bell hops and bard tenders were great.
- The views from the deck, the location being beach front
- Only hand full of the staff and they kept our room clean.
Cons -
- The Check-In and Check-Out Process and staff were horrible, the worst of any resort that I have ever been to. Unfortunately, when things start and end on a horrible note it ruins the rest of the experience.
- The rooms had a musty mouldy smell
- Food places-not opening or late Food NO GOOD

The wait staff, bell hops and bard tenders were great.
