At Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, every room features floor to ceiling windows, as well as a seating area. Pros +
- It was clean and smelled like flowers
- Hotel was well kept and in great shape for it's age.
- That you could walk or take trams from the Mandalay Bay to the Bellagio without having to walk on the strip. That was nice
Cons -
- After waiting 30 min. to check-in the guy at the desk told us our room was not ready but I could upgrade to a penthouse for $300 more for the night. When I said "no" he mysteriously found us a room. Really left me with a bad taste in my mouth after that,
- I didn’t appreciate that this hotel is marked as a 5 star hotel. By NO means is it a “5 star” hotel!! The renovations that they describe clearly didn’t include their bathrooms. After a late concert only one restaurant was open late.
- The staff member was extremely rude and I reported him to guest services. I would never stay here again and will be adding reviews to several hotel sites.
