Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino

It’s a nice hotel and in a great locations to where we needed to go

I feel like you should provide more face & hand towels instead of just 2 since you provide 4 bath towels

It was difficult to find the check in counter and how to get out of self parking wasn’t explained. I didn’t know I needed my room key to get out of the gate.

Staff, was not helpful. Was refused a cup of coffee, had my hotel key just not the black key because I checked in online. Showed my confirmation and that still was not good enough check in line was an hour long.

Super comfy bed and great food just a little pricey

Had to purchase a seat a the pool for the adult pool party… crazy! And I came across a couple rude people.

-a lot of cigar smoke on common areas and general walk ways. - The hotel DOESN’T explain to you or remind you that the unrequested drinks in the refrigerator in your room have sensors & moving them for any reason means paying for them.

We were upgraded to the W hotel and liked the rooms, lobby, etc.

The cocktail waitresses in the casino were NOT nice! They ignored us on several passes. The casino doesn't seem to have the fun vibe - they looked tired or pissed off. The rooftop bar was closed the whole weekend which was a bummer.

Hotel was well kept and in great shape for it's age.

After waiting 30 min. to check-in the guy at the desk told us our room was not ready but I could upgrade to a penthouse for $300 more for the night. When I said "no" he mysteriously found us a room. Really left me with a bad taste in my mouth after that,

Check in process was ridiculously long, room was dirty, elevators were not working, no running water during a part of our trip

That you could walk or take trams from the Mandalay Bay to the Bellagio without having to walk on the strip. That was nice

I didn’t appreciate that this hotel is marked as a 5 star hotel. By NO means is it a “5 star” hotel!! The renovations that they describe clearly didn’t include their bathrooms. After a late concert only one restaurant was open late.

Beds are old. Pillows are soft and flat. Air conditioning vents were very dusty. Insanely expensive mini bar - crap coffee from their gross little coffee maker is $16. $65 personal storage fee just to add my own item to the fridge? Totally ridiculous.

The staff member was extremely rude and I reported him to guest services. I would never stay here again and will be adding reviews to several hotel sites.

Gym inside spa not included in resort fee and “cardio room” is small and unimpressive. There was a loud deep electronic pulsating noise (like some sort of equipment) that could be heard from my room throughout my stay

Duct tape at base of window. Not a good look especially when on the 56th floor

The hotel was very nice. Incredibly clean, large rooms. So many amenities to include a beautiful pool space.

It is at the end of the strip But the tram helps make up some of that difference.
