I want my refund. I paid for my kids to have a weekend getaway as a graduation present and they were turned away upon trying to check in.

I hesitated to leave a review however after several/multiple email requests I will. First off booking.com was misleading with a calendar for on 2 months out vs actual month so I mistakingly booked November instead of September and panicked. Booking.com told me to contact the hotel and the hotel told me to contact Booking.com. I was able to finally rescheduled this through the site, but the hotel did not have my records. The hotel room smelled musty, very bad actually. When I showered the bathroom had a gross amount of hair stuck to the surround. Unfortunately with a toddler he did not have shoes (wet from weather) and we could not use the restaurant. I'm okay with being told there are state laws, the manner in explaining that is important. The waitress was not freindly at all.
