- The location was great and so were the staff that checked us in.
- You can literally walk out of the door right onto Fremont street!
- Super clean and great price, easy walk thru
Cons -
- Could've been friendlier dealing w/ probs, rather than blaming for non-working AC unit. Died 3x & was replaced during 3day stay-broken when we walked into rm. Saw staff changing it in other rooms, too. Yes, temp was hot, CS wasn't up to par with reviews.
- The hotel resort fee is higher than advertised on this app.

Location and price were great.
We paid to upgrade to a higher floor, hoping to get some quiet at night. However, the stage right outside the main entrance could be heard throughout the night even from the 29th floor.
