- Fireplace did not work. No room servicing despite putting out notice to please Sevice. No bath mat. Bathroom door doesn?t open all the way. NO CLOSET! What hotel room has no closet! Wasn?t expecting perfection, but was expecting much more than we got.

hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is run down and not clean. First room was old and run down, offered another room that had a window open with no screens. Then given another option of a different location were room better, but not good location
