Good view of the beach. Hot tub worked.

Fireplace did not work. No room servicing despite putting out notice to please Sevice. No bath mat. Bathroom door doesn?t open all the way. NO CLOSET! What hotel room has no closet! Wasn?t expecting perfection, but was expecting much more than we got.

The hall carpet was horribly stained indoor/outdoor. Our room and bathroom was outdated and older than dirt and did NOT look like any of the pictures. The bath linoleum was curling up in the corners and stained. There was no restaurant as advertised.

Recently remodeled, decor was really nice & nice thick towels. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Great location & beautiful weather. I will stay here again

There was no second bedroom. The room was not anything like the ohotos. It dis not have a private bathroom. In fact the toilet was the only part that qas private. Which was a huge problem for me to shower or bathe myself because I have a child. And there

There was mold in under the sink as well as cracks and water damage in several places. The toilet did not work the entire time we were there and the staff wouldn¿t help us. They made us walk down and get a plunger and fix the overflowing problem it had. W

Had an beautiful ocean view. Right on the beach boardwalk and walking distance from everything. Room was really quaint and clean and just an overall great place to stay.

hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is run down and not clean. First room was old and run down, offered another room that had a window open with no screens. Then given another option of a different location were room better, but not good location

I loved the location and the staff was great. I also loved the amenities.

I didn¿t like the fact that I thought I was getting the 4th floor suite but ended up on the 3rd floor. Also, no microwave in the room and having to go to a whole nother floor for ice sucked.

What we liked most about the hotel was the staff. They were welcoming, kind, caring, and joyful. We left our AirPods at the room, and they called us to let us know we left them behind. To me, that was integral. Outside of that, the location was great.

The carpet on the second floor of the room we were in was stained pretty bad. We could tell they were getting ready to replace it which is nice. With it being an old building there was some normal aging.

Location was very nice. Watched the sunrise and sunset out the window.

Carpet and upholstery appeared to need cleaning or updating. Room was smaller than expected

The location was great, staff very friendly and helpful.

Maggie's on the Prom, very pleasant, great food, accommodating staff, great view from every table.

Following list of issues: 1. No closet,only one luggage rack,no hair dryer,one plug in, room not made two days,no extra TP,Keurig did not work,dog food under sofa,no kleenex,stain on carpet,nowhere to put soap,no microwave,only 1 very small mirror.

Location and view. Staff members were professional and friendly.

Dated decor, few and inconvenient outlets for charging our tech, generally felt ¿old¿, tho certainly clean and acceptable overall.

Nice room, great decor. The bedding was awesome.

Older building, a little loud. Maybe it was just the upstairs guests though.

The view was fantastic. We could watch the ocean from our window. It was a short walk to the beach and shops.

The windows could have been cleaner. I know with the salt air and fog it would be hard to clean the windows all the time. The windows with a view like our room should be cleaned more often.

Cozy boutique hotel, pet-friendly with air conditioning, and right on the beach! Located just south of the main streets, so getting dinner and being among people is only a couple blocks away, or staying near the hotel feels more private. Loved it!

Jacuzzi tub in room by windows was awesome!

The carpets were really dirty throughout hallways, room carpets not as bad. They need replaced. The bathroom had a separate door right by toilet that went to hallway that you could hear through really well, that was weird.

Older hotel in need of a remodel. Website said the room was 551 square feet but it was less than half of that. I would not give it a 3.5 star rating

We had a very nice view of the ocean, but the windows were dirty so the view was altered.

The carpet was very worn and needs to be replaced. The blanket on the bed also appeared to be older and some of the furniture had tares in it. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room. We were disappointed.

It was somewhat near the beach...

The front desk clerk, but the other one was very rude and unprofessional. The housekeeping entered our room whilst out, unwarranted, without permission and stole my sons new cloths. They were returned none the less...
