Sheets/bedding was not cleaned correctly
Took almost an hour for the water in shower to get hot then it never really got hot Waitress took forever to offer drinks at the table then it took way to long for them to come back.

Parking for hotel guests requires climbing stairs outside to reach lobby. Difficult in rainy or cold weather.
