Absolutely beautiful property, conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff get a 20 out of 10 -- wonderful people.

Room service was quick and good. Water park was fun. Room was clean and comfy. Plenty of towels in the room. Close to airport, but not too close. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
We were offered an "upgrade" to a Villa room. We had paid for a king suite, this room was not a suite, but still a nice room. I felt a little tricked by the term "upgrade". The service at the lobby restaurant for breakfast was terrible. The toilet paper and facial tissues are so thin. This is a fairly upscale resort. I think they could provide a better product.

Rooms are very clean and cozy. Staff was helpful and so nice.
Slide needs fixed. Pieces that connect together are off and it felt like buck shot on my back painful

Nice resort, clean and comfortable rooms, good food options overall, fair value for what we paid
The water park was overcrowded and very small. The other resort pools were okay but lacked a bit of ambiance.

Great stay in a great hotel. Staff couldn't do enough to help and the service provided was first class.
Rooms were large and had all we needed. However just in a few small places need a bit of attention.
