Very close to what we needed and pretty grounds

I asked for new towels and trash to be emptied and it never happened. I also came to find out that the tip was already incorporated. One of our servers told me that on our last day

Lady that checked us in was very rude. Charged big money resort fees but the feel of a resort.

Water park, pools, and room was larger than expected

Rooms super clean. Towels got replace with clean ones every day

We were told all pools were open but the pool nearest our room in the Sedona Suites was closed. Also no soap or towels available to wash hands in the dining area. No microwave in room to warm up resort-restaurant foods.

No microwave available in the hotel to heat up leftover meals purchased from restaurants on site. No hand soap or towels or paper towels at the sink in the front dining area. A main pool by our Sedona suite was closed all week until the day we departed.

The lazy river

Resort fee too highH. ave been 2 many hotels w/such fees & max was $40/day. Here they were $80. Also, in spit of new law re: disclosure of fees @booking, the fee wasn't listed reservation, Lastly, food also high, $20/drink. $12 french fries. Ridiculous.

Water park was fine

No Microwave in room. Charge 10$ to have the most basic neccesity. Front Desk needed a managers approval to provide for us.

The staff was all very friendly. The grounds are beautiful.

The bed nearly flipped when I sat on the end of it. The room wasn?t too clean. It was quite expensive and mostly disappointing.

The health club was great and we enjoyed walking the grounds

The showers in the health club were cold.and had to request towels from the front desk worker The resort fee was high compared to other hotels

This is one of the best Hotels in the Tempe area. Check-in was swift, cleanliness of room was excellent, pool areas was excellent and water park area was absolutely awesome. Staff was friendly throughout the resort.

All the bratty kids running around being rude to staff at the water park.

Hiking trails easily accessible.

Shower drain backed up in to shower. Shower drainage is extremely slow.

Pools are cleaned and very well maintained. Very clean , staff is quick and friendly Definitely will be back.

Yes the room had blood on the door jam an the bathroom shower water ran all over the floor.wasnt safe in my opinion

There was so much to do. Wave pool basketball and volleyball in the water. There was a nice enjoyable lazy river to float around. Waterslide to get your thrill on. The weather was hot and the water cooled you down, it was just what the family needed.

No everything was good.

The water park doesn¿t have enough places to sit in the shade when it¿s 110 outside it¿s important to have that

My room was extremely warm, even though I had the a/c constantly blowing on 60 degrees; come to find out the filter was filled with dander, my shower would barely warm up, and it kept making leaking noises throughout the night after I showered.
