The location was pretty nice. The room was good. Not outstanding but nice and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a mini bar. Overall it was good but not exceptional.
It was a decent place to say but just felt too expensive for the location and condition. No breakfast included. Just felt like a lot to pay for what we were getting.

For such a high end property I found many things wrong with my rooms. Dirty linen, stained couches, air conditioner not working in one of the rooms I rented

The room is very comfortable and quiet. Amenities and facilities work perfectly
The service. One of the items we ordered for breakfast was not delivered. It was difficult to reach the service, and when I could talk to them the answer was that I would have to wait half an hour because they where busy. They did not deliver the item, and did not refund the value of the item. Everything is paid in advance.

Food menu was a bit small, there weren’t as many options as we would expect. Staff was amazing, extremely polite. Its an amazing place to stay! Thank you
The rooms do feel a bit older that you would expect for the price. But still great room, good space and comfortable.

Beautiful location
Check in process took forever! (almost 30 minutes). Also no hot water on Thanksgiving! When we called the front desk regarding this, the man who answered rudely told my husband to come to the front desk and get a new room. Really?!? He actually went to the front desk and waited in line for over 30 minutes because of all the other people there with complaints. Not a good sign. Long story short, we didn’t get a new room, they said maintenance would come check out the problem, but nobody ever showed up!

Great location and beautiful grounds
Our room was a bit out dated and wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Sheets had stains, garbage left in room from previous tenants and some smears on the walls

The location is great
It needs updating. Our room was clean but outdated and dark. We had to parallel park in front of our room on this tiny winding little lane. It was difficult to maneuver through the facility in your car.
