Resort is beautiful! The suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bell guy was helpful

Our check in was interesting. Woman at front desk was not helpful.

It was clean

Shower didn't work pool was small and had no access to other pools

Very well-maintained facility. Clean rooms and spotless bathrooms.

The area around both of the bathrooms at the main pool area had a horrible smell of sewage. We ordered food at the pool and it was over a 45-minute wait to get our food. Also, our room was out of lotion, it was more than two hours before more was sent.

I’ve stayed here before and that’s the reason for returning 4 th time

I did not like getting upstairs for breakfast and being told that I was 20min late and the breakfast I was going to order was now 19.99 advertising in elevator failed to mention it

Room layout was great with ability to close off bathroom with living or bedroom area. Great views.

While sheets, towels and heavy traffic areas were clean, lower traffic areas were accumulating dust.

The parking is horrible and the property is packed with resort pass guests.

No security cameras and insufficient parking for rooms up on the hill. Someone clipped my car mirror and security told me cameras were too expensive to install. Really bad situation in today's climate for a higher end hotel.

The numerous pools, activities, the property amenities, kid friendly and the "on property" transportation" Its a large property and rooms can be far from the pools and restaurants. Its nice to be picked up and dropped off especially with limited parking

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

No elevator in our building, which I was fine with, but keep in mind in case stairs are not a possibility for you. Perhaps other buildings have the elevator. This is an older hotel, but beautiful grounds, a lot of pools and amazing staff.

We were on the side of the cliff and there was a little bit of trash there

Beautiful setting, spacious rooms and the adult pool was very relaxing.

Fitness room was closed with no notification.

There was a scorpion in my swimming suit which had been laying on the floor. Im not sure how it got into the room..maybe under the door?

Ordered complimentary shuttle but it never arrived. Bartender not very friendly.

For such a fancy resort and having to pay for wifi above and beyond resort fees. When you think you got a great deal to stay at a place that was fancy and to be hit with wifi and resort fees... sucks.

Breakfast buffet was delicious

There were alot of pool chairs with bird poop on them! The walls are not insulted very well! The noise from other guests is something I don't love to hear.

Elevator was not working, no signThe elevator was not working and there was no signage. Additionally, the room service menu had limited options.
