Room was very comfortable
The actual location. It's behind a restaurant then pass another hotel with garage gate. Odd setup

Good location
Had to check out a day earlier do to family emergency. Got charged for that night. Lady at front desk told me she could not help me that and haven't heard from Booking eventhough I called, sent a message and wrote an email

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Location convenient to airport, shopping and restaraunts.
The only thing that needed repair was floor tile in bathroom was cracked and kind of moved underneath you.

The location was great.
The rooms were outdated and the service was very poor. The hotel, sheets and pillowcases, and floors were dirty. The buffet breakfast was terrible.

accommodation to correct room was unsatisfied Phone was not working and trimming in room was falling apart very musky odor in room and Customer service Front counter Gentleman was very rude and not happy Cleanliness was not good Breakfast is Horrible
