Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall

Mostly smelling room and did not have another room option, water damage, blood stains on the curtains. I am pregnant and had a toddler and refused to stay here: hotel refused a refund to go elsewhere.

The pool area , since my grandkids enjoyed the area

Rooms need to be updated, to include theTV, towels need to be changed out and shower heads need to be replaced

Elevator was broken and had to pay extra for parking.

The location was fantastic within walking distance of restaurants and a mall

Breakfast was good but it wasn't great.

Breakfast opened too late on weekend. Sports tournaments begin early and 7 was too late.

I was disappointed that there as no hairdryer in the room. I expected there would be one so I didn't bring my own.

My wife and I have stayed here several times, the staff is always friendly. The workout room is small, but well equipped.

The water in the shower was at best, lukewarm. No bread or bagels in the breakfast room. Our in room coffee maker did not work. In NO way should this hotel be rated as a 3 star property.

Friendly staff, comfortable room.

The common areas of the hotel (hallways, elevators) looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. This hotel was listed as a 3 star hotel, definitely not.

The bedding was decent.

This Fairfield was not up to par with other Fairfield hotels I¿ve stayed at. It was very outdated, only 1 elevator to serve 5 floors, very old tv, loud A/C unit, cramped front lobby (if you can even call it that).

Location and staff. Clean and good size room. Airport transportation provided after hours. Good restaurant nearby

No breakfast is served until 7am. Should have a to go bag like other places.

I stayed in an executive suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I did not like was my view from the window. It was an ugly parking lot and some old apartments. But other than that it was great.

As a previously said, I did not like the view from my room. It was horrible.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Location convenient to airport, shopping and restaraunts.

The only thing that needed repair was floor tile in bathroom was cracked and kind of moved underneath you.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was pretty decent.

Fridge was not cold and my food may have gone bad.

Pillows had a stench to them and were not comfortable for use. We had to go to a nearby TJ Maxx to purchase new ones. The hot breakfast is why we chose this hotel, however it did not compare to other hotels

Small room, but clean and comfortable

The staff was really nice and accommodating. Even though there were a lot of people checking in all at once they made things better.

Booked the "executive suite" ro on a deal. It was big and mostly clean but stuck in the 80s. There were gaps between the floor and shower in the bathroom and it looked like they tried to fill them with caulk but it just looked bad. Not what I expected!

This hotel was awesome, friendly staff, breakfast, location all great.
