- The staff is great and very attentive.
- The hotel was as beautiful and comfortable as advertised. I was impressed by the staff. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The place a piece of paradise.
- Is a really nice place but it definitely need some maintenance working the rooms.

- First day of arrival the snack bar was reheated food. The drinks was very cheap alcohol and did not offer the option for better quality of drinks, very limited drinks selection. The room was poor condition. Called evening for water and none available.

The staff is great and very attentive.
