The staff is great and very attentive.

First day of arrival the snack bar was reheated food. The drinks was very cheap alcohol and did not offer the option for better quality of drinks, very limited drinks selection. The room was poor condition. Called evening for water and none available.

Is a really nice place but it definitely need some maintenance working the rooms.

The staff the the food horrible services. Employees at that hotel look miserable and they work too many hours and every day same people all day long. 😔

The hotel was as beautiful and comfortable as advertised. I was impressed by the staff. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The place a piece of paradise.

JUST THE BEACH OF THE HOTEL

This was a last minute booking, and I admit I did not do enough research. Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing from start to finish.The service was the slowest I have experienced at a hotel. Staff members were rude and unwelcoming. Most of the servers did not greet guests with a smile. The overall attitude felt cold and dismissive. Simple requests took far too long, and no one seemed concerned about improving the experience.Food service was especially bad. Waiting more than one hour for a basic burger is unacceptable. There was no explanation for the delay. There was also only one restaurant open per night, which created long lines and overcrowding. The buffet was almost always empty. Food options were limited, and items were not refilled on time.The room was mediocre at best. Cleaning standards were poor. The room was not properly serviced, and we had to call the front desk to request cleaning. This should not be necessary in a hotel stay. Even after cleaning, the room still did not feel fresh or well maintained.Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations for service, dining, or cleanliness. The lack of organization, slow service, and unfriendly staff made the stay frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for guests who expect decent service and proper hospitality.

Loved it!Great addition to Las Galeras. Hotel is large yet feels intimate. Great beach on the property and you can easily hit all the lovey beaches nearby. The facilities are modern and the bed was super comfortable! I’d say it’s tailored for families, but there were lots of couples as well.

The food you need to scan every day for see what kind of surprise “food” like a lottery.If you have a buffet, you need to have all kind of beef because sometimes they have seafood, but don’t have chicken or beef

The food was underwhelming. They clearly favored amount over quality and this gets even more serious when you need vegetarian food.

New place. Great beachfront. Shallow waters with some waves but safe. Rooms and all areas good. Ac, water all perfect. Staff kind and attentive. 100% recommended. Great value for the money. Superb food too.

The food was absolutely terrible . The stuff at the el la cart restaurant were unpleasant . The gym is a joke with most machine malfunctioning and too hot for a work out

Breakfast was good, could be better. No enough a variety of fruits .

Food was poor. Only one restaurant was opened. Only one night we could have delicious Dominican Food

Unfortunately, we had left our jewelry bag in the safe. After 2 hours drive away from the resort came to realize the mishap and of course made the phone call. It took close to 45 minutes before they could tell us they had bag in hand. We returned to the resort and when we arrived they had stolen my husband’s gold bracelet worth more than $2000. Really sad to say and unexpected. We will be posting negative reviews everywhere. They stole a smaller piece of jewelry amongst the necklaces and watches to try to hide the steal. It hurts to not be able to trust people. Shameful

I love that it was secluded, beautiful beach, very nice property but most importantly the staff was amazing, so helpful, and welcoming.

The food was just ok, not all restaurant were open, and not much to do at night.

The staff were amazing and so friendly, especially the front desk Ruth and Keren were wonderful and helpful. Also bartender Antonito at the main pool bar was amazing, he prepared the best drinks and always wanted to make sure we were satisfied. The property was clean, secluded, quiet, great place to relax. My favorite was the beautiful beach!!

Not enough night entertainment and need more food variety.

Sparkling clean, beautiful outdoor spaces, loads of lounge areas, stinning beach, clean pools, nice restaurants, friendly staff all around. Possibly the most comfortable beds we’ve had at a hotel. Quiet room and beautiful airy and light in the room.

I’m sorry but the entertainment team is a joke. :( didnt follow the scheduled activities during the day, the evenings were embarrassing and disappointing. I hope they can work on this and hire a team leader who can train these guys and provide better inhouse entertainment team for the brand.
