  • The room was okay. But my room did not have body wash soap. I took a picture. I was in a rush so, I did not contact the front desk. I can send a picture.

Cons -

  • They were out of pillows for the pull out couch
  • I prepaid for the room online through Bookong.com. I had a confirmation number (5293340125) and PIN. When I got to the front desk to check-in I was told by the desk clerk person that Booking.com did not send the card/voucher to pay for my room. Or that the card from Booking.com was declined. I'm not 100% sure about what was the problem. The clerk said, that this had never happened before. I booked my room a week before this event. She attempted to contact booking.com about the problem, but I had to wait for about 25 to 30 minutes from the time we got to the hotel to sort this out, while my friends got their rooms without any problems. I starting thinking, did I need to find a room some place else in a city that I've never been in before. Or what should I do, because time was of the essence. I was a little embarrassing about the situation (not knowing if I was going to have a place to stay), but ultimately I got into the room (which made me late for our uber). We were in a hurry but I ended up getting there late because I had to wait for the front desk counter person to sort through the reservations the problem. I'm not satisfied with this online booking.com process. Please advise. Robert Adderly
