- Our room’s carpet was soaked and told that they did not have another They transferred us to another room with one king bed at 2 am after hours. The room was on the 6 floor and the air conditioner did not work during an extreme heat wave. Room was dirty.
- First room smelled like smoke and very old carpet chipping paint etc.…complained and was given a different room. Next room was cleaner and didn’t smell. But showerhead was disgusting and toilet might as well have been on the ground.
