Romona the desk clerk was very kind and helpful in trying to make our stay pleasant.

Rooms not very clean. Changed rooms twice. Sofa sleeper coach was torn and dirty. First room had hair on the bed. Wall next to small trash can not clean. Second room had a foul smell and a hole in the carpet. The room rate far exceeded room quality.

The breakfast was good

Our room’s carpet was soaked and told that they did not have another They transferred us to another room with one king bed at 2 am after hours. The room was on the 6 floor and the air conditioner did not work during an extreme heat wave. Room was dirty.

First room smelled like smoke and very old carpet chipping paint etc.…complained and was given a different room. Next room was cleaner and didn’t smell. But showerhead was disgusting and toilet might as well have been on the ground.

Shuttle service friendly staff.

Sheets didn't fit the bed. Description stated 2 restaurants , but limited bar food only.close to airport earlier start of breakfast would be nice.

The hotel was filthy! The lights were super dim. There was not enough towels for 2 people.

Check in staff and young man who cleaned our room were wonderful! Also, lady cooking breakfast Saturday morning.

Staff in the cafeteria (most) were lacking in kindness, lots of dirty tables and floors our last morning. Also, bacon was beyond well done both mornings.

Someone in our hall was smoking pot and set off the fire alarm at 11 pm at night

No hot water in hotel, after 12 travel day there was cold water in rooms and I was told to let all sinks run for 15 minutes. Still only tepid water

The breakfast on the second day was better.

The kids running around the hotel can be a nuisance but they're kids having fun. I was more so upset when they were playing ding dong ditch basically. They beat on my door so hard. That made me mad. The rooms are seemingly gloomy but still nice.

Location near airport but especially the free shuttle. Easy chech in and out. Social hour is so nice. Breakfast is always great. Staff is always polite and accommodating!

Our room had mold at the wall, the carpet was sopping wet. I told them my granddaughter that was with me was on a nebulizer and they said yes they had asthma too. That was the worst hotel I?ve ever had stayed in and I would never go back!

Room we were originally given was filled with trash and used linens, the staff responded quickly to get us a new room - but that one was missing linens for the sofa bed.

Room was not prepared smelled of smoke, pet odor, toliet did not flush proper, door framing (inside top left corner detached and patched to coverup) appeared to have been busted as part of a crime scene.

Safe in room didn?t work, toilet or the bathroom pipes were loud, housekeeping wasn?t available all that much but did offer to clean one of the days we were there.. Not enough trash cans in the room. Shuttle service was challenging at times.

I love the large spacious rooms and that breakfast is awesome! Also happy hour is really nice.

People was nice the workers were friendly but the room was cold no heat and no hot water and the sink handle came off had to sleep in my sister room and take a shower in my sister room

Kids running around the hall after midnight but other than that it's was ok

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I also like that food was good and free cocktail, (happy hour).

The only complaint is that the hotel is dated, didnt have a hot tub, and the heat didnt work well in room but is a great hotel

The towels in the room were dirty and it took about 30 minutes to get new towels. The toilet seat was old, worn and looked dirty. The room did not smell clean.

It was not clean. There was chip bags under the bed, and chips still on the floor. The room smelled musty. The pool was also disgusting.
