We bought the room for the hot tub/bath with jets and they didn’t work. And there’s not a really convenient place to put the shower head for a shower, so it just falls off. And the WiFi went down.

Lovely property and the location was perfect. Everything is walking distance and near and hardly any taxis are needed. Special thanks to Clarisse and Alejandro for the warm welcome and exceptional service. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Location is perfect

Floor is in wood material, so you hear everyone walking in the same floor while in your room, you can’t sleep

I asked to late check out and they said No. in fact the hotel was not fully booked. First time I see when say No when I asked min more

Fantastic location! Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep plus the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The room was spotless and spacious with a great view looking down the street to the sea. We also had two small balconies.

The toilet was separate with no sink.

The view of Cannes city, beach and surrounding mountains from the Prestige Suite with Sea View room was amazing. Conveniently located near the train station and in the heart of the shopping district with many restaurants and super market. Walking distance to the beach and places of interest.

Smart TV doesnt have internet connection hence we couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube from the comfort of the bed. There is a computer in the room which my kid wanted to watch YouTube but we couldn't turn on the volume as it was blocked by the administrator which prompted us for the password. Even the staffs we approached for help do not know the password to unlock the computer's volume setting.

We got a free upgrade to the suite with a sea view. Fantastic service

Great location, comfortable room and excellent value

MANUELLA was the absolute best person. She made our stay so pleasant. My baby was so so happy all through and myself and husband loved the junior suite so much.

Very nice hotel! Perfect location. It is really heart of Cannes, just in a middle of rue D’Antibe. Close to the beach, bars and supermarkets. Special thanks to the personnel for providing us with a free of charge upgrade and late check out. We’ve enjoyed the stay and surely would like to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially Svetlin, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality and helpfulness truly stood out, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Just the location and was clean

The noise is ubearable the floor squeaking , the rooms all noisy from walking , couldn’t sleep one minute due to the people inside the hotel walking and the building makes huge noise ! It’s not a a 4 star it’s more of a 3 star ! Compared to all the other four stars there I willNever go back
