Everything and the breakfast is awesome ! The location is perfect, we are in downtown so everything you need is in a walking distance

Was in an excellent location near downtown. Plenty of parking on the street or lots around.
One of the two elevators were broken so it was slow but not horrible.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Elevators did not work, the first night of my stay, and then only one of the two elevators were fixed afterward. Breakfast area was not cleaned timely after guests left their table(s).

The rooms (and hotel) could be better maintained. Plastic cutlery for breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. I would recommend the hotel and will stay there again.
I wish there wasn't a charge for parking.

The property is in a great location. The rooms were clean. It was a busy hotel and so we always felt safe.
We had a king bed and they didn’t put king pillows on the bed. So we had two tiny pillows for our heads. I’ve never seen a hotel not put king size pillows on a king bed. The pool was freezing, so we couldn’t swim. The breakfast was good but it seemed like they didn’t want to put out plates until someone finally asked for them.

Good breakfast, quiet rooms, nice pool and fitness center. Laundry. Good location for bars, pubs, eateries. Easy walk from Union Station.
Taxes on our stay! ? Crazy amount and, of course, not the hotel's fault. Only 1 elevator working but due to replacement. Only 2 bath towels.
