The staff was friendly and helpful. When we told them about the room not having hot water they were able to have a maintenance person look at the issue.

After the problems being that there was no hot water in the shower portion and the toilet paper holder was not aligned on the wall, were brought to their attention the issues were addressed not resolved. We continued to have cold water in the shower portion. The only guidance we were given was to run the shower for 15 min before we could get hot water in it. Unfortunately this didn’t work, no voucher for meals can fix starting the day with a cold shower when it was already in the 30’s outside. The toilet paper holder was never fixed.

The pool was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was really bad and super expensive. Terrible value for what was offered. The door to our room 924 was stuck and didn’t work properly. I had to slam it open to get it open.

Rooms were spacious but old, beds were too soft.No coffee or small breakfast, if you leave prior to 6am.

The hotel was nice, but not worth the higher pricetag for other hotels in the same vicinity.

The location is ideal. The property & grounds are very nice.

It seemed that there are a few things that are falling into disrepair.

Close proximity to the airport. Free cookies and shuttle to mall and airport. Very spacious and plenty of rooms. Room was clean and tidy. They had a nice little bar and restaurant area as well. Plenty of places to sit and visit and still have privacy.

They have sea shell shaped soap holder in the shower that stick out and at an awkward height. I banged my head on it leaving a knot and I’m sure a bruise to come. The air didn’t seem to work that well.

Room wouldn’t cool to temperature set on thermostat. And air conditioning must have had dirty filters, multiple family members had allergic reactions

Facility is dilapidated. Rest room not so clean, closet, carpet, doors are worn down bad. It just an old building!!

Two exercise rooms. Cleanliness of the entrance floors. Friendly staff. I could push the help button for parking and be let out. Well lit parking. Glad you had TCM on the television! Shower was hot. Room was clean and presentable.

Room 7201–door handle needs to be changed out. Had a terrible time every time I tried to get into my room. Green light was working, but handle would not open the door.Thought the jets for the hot tub were broken, so we left only to view the jets working through the window. By that time, we were over it and it was raining. Would be amazing if the pool/hot tub area had a cover over it and the pool was heated. Also, the hot tub looked green and needed a face lift.Was looking forward to a rowing machine as seen on the pictures—no rowing machine.The pictures on line show salads and sandwiches available for purchase-my son was arriving really late and this section was closed. I choose this hotel to plan ahead. Was not entirely sure if the seafood restaurant was open-website says closes at midnight, but there were people sitting down. Did not ask if they were serving food-just went to bed.Absolutely no hand sanitizer anywhere especially in the workout rooms-this is super gross.
