Hotel Am Parkring

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.

It was a small hotel and only located on upper floors in a fairly tall building. Also, in the afternoon they offered coffee and cake for when you return from sightseeing.

This hotel was conveniently located a 10 minute walk to the city center. The hotel staff were very friends and the rooms were quite large and clean.

The cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The room that we stayed had a stellar balcony that had a panoramic view of the city. I would have loved to spend the whole day just on that balcony.

The staff were super especially Lisa with my many questions on directions she was very patient. Super location and very comfortable hotel with excellent service.

An exceptional quality hotel in a very good location that offered real value for money. And provides splendid breakfasts..

The lack of a restaurant means going out in the evenings to eat. Not a major drawback but sometimes you just want to stay in.

I like everything about the experience. I only stayed for one day but I wish I had stayed longer. The breakfast was amazing and everybody was very friendly.

Probably the elevator was a little small but they had more than one.

Location, room, breakfast, afternoon cakes and coffee, 10 mn walk to the center and Cathedral, many nice restaurants around

The room was good and the location is very nice. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the reception was not very helpful. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The dogs in the rooms next to mine caused some disturbance. I would suggest having a specific area or designated rooms for guests with dogs to ensure everyone’s comfort.

The location is excellent in downtown Vienna, right next to the Stadtpark and close to a metro station. The rooms in this hotel are on the 11th to 13th floor of a high-raise building. Breakfast is taken on the 12th floor with excellent views. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They even insisted on giving me a coffee and orange juice to take with me into a taxi early morning when I left.

I'm not really a fan of having to take lifts in a high-raise building to get to my room, and prefer the stairs. But it's a bit far when you're on the 11th floor.

This is an excellent hotel. I was travelling with my mum and we both stayed in seperate single top-floor rooms with balconies with spectacular views across the city. Centrally located in the Old Town-- and with a tram line right out the front of the hotel -- it was so easy to get around. I've attached pictures of the view from my balcony. The staff were lovely, the breakfast comes with a view and is really good (read: buffet and with a choice of eggs to your liking). We visited at Christmas time and while the Christmas markets were so packed and busy, it would so nice to come back to this quiet hotel at night. Also, the hotel rooms look exactly as they appear in the pictures. I would 100% stay here again.

Everything was great. The only thing was the shower water did flood out onto the bathroom floor at times in mum's room. There's not a "lip" to sort of catch it. Not the case with my room.

Great location, very comfortable room, parking. Amazing city views. Easy walk to anywhere.

A bit oldish building although rooms are well renovated.

Felt safe and all my requests were addressed.

It was very hot during my stay in Vienna and the air conditioner could not be set lower but the front desk staff sent me a fan which was helpful.

It was nice to stay there most of the rooms have a nice balcony and they have a restaurant 24/7 for a late dinner or a snack

The elevator was a bit small but they got a three elevators to use so you will not have a big problem with it

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is perfectly located, with everything easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very pleasant.
