- The staff was amazing! Above and beyond meeting my needs. Patient and friendly.
- They were willing to move me to a different room when the initial smoke-free room reeked of cigarette smoke.
Cons -
- Absolutely awful! Disgusting!
- Wi-Fi kept going down. Ice machine was broken. Sheets on one bed were stained. Comforters on both beds had multiple cigarette burn holes. The waffle batter was watered down. When told there were no more muffins the front desk clerk brought one package.
- People around the lobby entrance. Not guests . Trespassers and homeless on property. Cockroaches. Beds were hard.
