Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Excellent location in Playa d'en Bossa. Hotel has direct access to the beach, and very convenient beach beds / umbrellas. Very good restaurants/bars. Fun Michael Jackson show.

The room is comfortable, the buffet is good and the pool is nice.

The Mexican restaurant, the food wasn’t good, not talking about authenticity, talking about flavor. We went afterwards to the buffet, I expected better.

For all inclusive there were many things that weren't included and was asked to pay more which I thought was ridiculous. They barely have food options with few buffet choices and the buffet only runs from 7-10PM and 8-11AM for breakfast. They have 3 other restaurants and have limited availability by reservation only. Not worth paying 700 euros a day

- Room was nice- Pool and bar area also nice- Buffet was very very good- Staff are nice people

- For the other restaurants you needed pre-booking which we were not told about before. We stayed for 2 nights so we didn't even get a chance to try those restaurants.-Lots of kids in the pool which is not the best thing you want to experience if you're travelling alone or with friends.- Beach had no sunbeds at all.

I’m a solo traveler, and honestly, this place is not worth $1000 for two nights. The food quality is poor, and both lunch and dinner were disappointing. They only have one buffet restaurant, with limited choices and even dirty plates—unacceptable at this price point.The front desk staff were rude, the room view was laughable, and the pool area was extremely crowded. Overall, very underwhelming for the cost.

The hotel is not completely all inclusive. House keeping didn’t clean our room they kept the same sheets and flipped our pillow. The hotel wasn’t very accommodating despite us having an upgraded room and paying for decor. They charged us for room service and additional food.

It was clean, and it was quite nice, room was lovely. Close to beach. Amazing breakfast and donut snacks!

It wasn’t clear what was included or where you could go, you had to really figure it out yourself. I arrived too late to enjoy lunch (it finishes after check in) and had to go out too early to get dinner and I wasn’t sure where there were snacks were so I only really had breakfast! I could have done with a map. I gave up on the app. Massive queues at reception for info. Seemed very expensive for what it was. My friends at the next door hard rock hotel paid less for better quality design and facilities. I also woke up to the smell of someone else’s cigarette smoke which wasn’t ideal.

We loved the location, facilities, how clean and how friendly all the staff were. The food was delicious with lots of varieties for all tastes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made to spend our honeymoon in THIS hotel! We were truly able to relax from the stress of our wedding preparation and to recover some much needed rest! Because everything was all inclusive, we could truly just leisurely enjoy each day peacefully! We stayed for 9 days and we didn't want to go back home! All the staff was VERY welcoming, kind, and helpful in all areas---whether it was the cleaners, the staff at the buffet or a la carte restaurants. Thank you all very much: Nora, Africa, Amber and sooo many more for making our honeymoon a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

It was an amazing stay for our first time in Ibiza. Great option both for families and friends looking to party due to great location near clubs.The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious, many options and always fresh.Would recommend!

The wifi wasn’t always working.

Locations was good. The food for an all inclusive was very good, usually the food at these places are terrible but we were pleasantly surprised. The pool area and bars etc were great and the staff were all lovely.

That it’s connected to the hotel next door: Grand Palladium Palace. It’s nice to move and walk around, since the White Island is very busy and the hotel next door was peaceful and spacious. The kids area is located in the Grand Palace and was very nice.

This hotel is not a 5-star, the service is poor, staf is tired and doesn’t know about hospitality.What they are selling is not true: - a la carte restaurants are not available, for our 6 night stay with a lot of effort, we’ve managed to get 2 nights a la carte - the beach clubs next door are extremely noisy and play very loud club music until midnight - we had to beg for drinks at the sports bar because the staf is so slow and looks extremely tired (ok, there are some friendly waiters but at a 5star hotel every single one should be trained properly and meet the service level)- when we got served finally the waiter said to a new waiter that started her shift, those drinks are for the “negro”. We’ve moved rooms twice and our third room is further from the beach clubs but still noisy. Breakfast is every day the same….we’ve skipped lunch because we couldn’t take being in the restaurant 3 times a day. Bottom line: you have to eat dinner every night in the buffet restaurant which is more a food court than a restaurant.

The staff and the food

No music by the pool during the day of early evening. A nice ambiance music would be nice .From midnight the access to table outside should not been made accessible, because we were woken up every night by people coming back from a night out at 2h30, 3h30 in the morning and having a long chat say at the tables . This had a negative impact on our stay . The hotel could easily ensure people can access their hotel block/room while blocking off access to tables and pool

Facilities were good ,though the drinks were poor quality, pool and sun beds were great.

When we booked the Italian restaurant our booking was cancelled and when we arrived for our meal were informed that because of the numbers in our group menu had to be chosen prior to arrival , nothing was said when we booked it and having spent £6,000 on the accommodation found it disappointing, then whoever made this decision then found it necessary to put a cancellation letter through one of the rooms after we arrived for the meal.I would have expected better from a organisation of this sizeRegards kevin speight [email protected]

The room next to me was noisy, the silverware and plates aren't cleaned at the restaurant
