Breakfast options were very limited, we ended up going to Dunkin across the street.

The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty when we got there. We asked numerous times about the wifi not working, and they didn't try to resolve it. There was only cereal and coffee for breakfast, & the only vending machine for sodas was out of order.

Night staff was fairly efficient. In room in less that 20 mins

Lae checkout was charged by the hour, so I asked to extend by a day and the clerk would not extend by phone. Said I'll be up at 1230 to fill out forms. Called back and said "no be at desk b4 11" so I chkd out of a hotel that was dirty, loud, and bad maint

The heat! The lobby, hallways, and room were hot. It was June and the whole place was hot. And even though we were able to cool our room, usually rooms are pre-cooled when guests are expected. Also, the breakfast was lacking. Not very many options.

It is a old worn out hotel located. in a bad area. will never stay there again. The staff that works were help full, they just working in a old beat up Hotel.

Very convenient; more than adequate accomodations; great deal for the money

add hard boil eggs, yogurt, bananas, more pastry variety, and decaf coffee to the breakfast menu. But considering the price of the room, the offereings were more than adequate.

Doors slamming to close way too loud. People in hall late at night talking. Breakfast was not very good, but good coffee with half/half a pleasant surprise.

Location is perfect. Very close to the Shenandoah north entrance and food establishments within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room is spacious and clean

Outdated hotel but decent and clean to stay at. Elevator is very slow.

Lots of maintenance projects going on. Hotel rooms are advertised as non-smoking but there were obvious signs that people were smoking in their room and trying to cover it with air freshener.

It is very close to the north end of Skyline Drive so the location is convenient. There were a couple of places to eat within walking distance. The room was clean.

The common areas and hallways including the carpeting needs to be upgraded. Definitely a little dingy and dirty looking.

Supposed to have included Breakfast and working Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi for the most part was non existent and because of Covid-19 there was no Breakfast served.

Room was not clean looking. Took me 10 minutes to get out of the room because the door knob was broken. Went to use the towel to try off and it was used and dirty and had blood on it. Grossed me out. Still haven’t heard back from the management.

Bathtub was disgusting. Comforters were dirty. No breakfast at all.

Dirty, noisy. Dog in room barking. Asked 3 times for coffee for the room, never got it. Internet was in and out. Terrible TV reception.
