Towels were great. Room appeared clean. Staff was great.
Shower needs work. Shower curtain too short. Mini refrigerator loud. Hard to adjust room temp.

Great customer service. Great location to the hospital, restaurants and all other locations needed. The room was exceptional, clean, comfortable and easy access to step in and out.
We needed more trash bags and that we did not have conditioner in our shower. My wife likes to do her hair, we usually travel with everything but for the price we thought we would have all that.

Ice machine didn't work, the sofa bed really sucks.. the floor was more comfy.

Property is located in a quiet area. Room was a good size, carpet was stain sheets were stain. Balcony overlooking to the parking lot was ok, Iced machines in 1st and 2nd floor were not in service. Dryer was out of service too. You must let the bistro attendant know if you booked free breakfast with your stay if not they will charge you. Customer service and everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful.

Room is good and clean as my expectation
I made the reservation with 3 rooms and the staff typing wrong and inform 2 rooms only.The staff ask to check with booking.com instead they check the order internally. (The order of booking.com shows 3 rooms has been booked.)The hotel staff SHOULD proactively to help customer figure out the ordering details.If I am not stay here for while and connect booking.com for further help, I might lose my stay and be charged because my order is not refundable.I will not recommended to stay here.

Staff was mostly friendly. The room was very quiet and my sleep was good. The A/C heat pump unit was nice and easy to control.
The bathroom sink had difficulty draining, making shaving not fun.
