The Casablanca Hotel

Poor cleanliness, awful smell , no microwave in room , old tvs , bad attitude of staff

The desk clerk was very helpful and upbeat when we walked in! He also helped us later on with a small problem.

Hotel had heating on and said air conditioning was not switched on yet for the season. Room ran incredibly hot, no fans or windows to open. Receptionist on morning checkout said she was tired of hearing people complain about the heat in the rooms.

The location was great! We walked to the lake both nights we were there. It¿s right off the expressway, so it was easy to go anywhere.

It was a little dated. The price seemed a little high for how it was.

The staff were wonderful and very courteous. Greetings were always warm and welcoming. Would I go back? Yes, because of the service and the staff

The unfortunate part of the trip was you could still smell stale smoke when you came off the elevator.

Quiet comfortable, very close to QEW highway and priced reasonably.

PLEASE change the carpet in the elevators or at least clean every day!!!!

Very attractive lobby. Easy access to highway.

Room needs some updating. Television could be a little bigger.

Convenient to where I was working during the day, close to restaurants and hwy and bed was comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

I think the lobby, front desk, and elevator need some upgrading. Very worn and tired look in these areas and elevator carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in some time.

The staff is really friendly and nice. The room is big but the bed is kinda small for 2 people even thought I had the dulex douple room. The thing I like most is the bath tub, it is really nice

The pool is small and didn't reach expectations

The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and room had a good shower.

The hotel restaurant Bogies was less than satisfactory. Our meal had obviously been reheated and not heated enough. Sent it back to be reheated and it had obviously been reheated in the microwave. Restaurant staff seemed disinterested.

Close to the highway

Super old décor. Double beds, not queens. Couldn't upgrade to a king size bed at 9:30 at night because there were no "clean" king size rooms.

Friendly staff and close to highway.

The decor was dated and the carpets worn in. A smell lingered throughout.

The dinner was not up to par for the rest of the hotel.
