Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel operates ticket only events on New Year's Eve in the bar and restaurant. If guests wish to dine in the hotel please contact directly for the options available. Please note that, while the property has a elevator to all floors, some rooms still require to go up and down stairs once out of the elevator. Please contact the hotel directly if you require a room by the elevator. Renovations: Please be aware from the 29th May 2023 the Hotel will undergoing Maintenance work and decorating on the exterior the building. This may cause disruption to views as well as some understandable noise during the preparation stages. Please note the car park has limited spaces. It is on a first come first serve basis, and it cannot be reserved.
