- The staff were very friendly.
- The location is very convenient, close to the highway and not far from Asheville. This hotel is part of a chain, but it feels almost independent and family-oriented: very helpful and friendly staff. Nice offerings for breakfast, pet-friendly.

- breakfast was not much. elevator out of order

- The cleaning staff works very hard and does an excellent job with the day-to-day turnover of rooms. I do think the rooms could use a deep clean from time to time, though.
