Poor mattress….sagged in the middle

Despite a working air conditioning unit the room, particularly the bed was extremely damp. Yes, it was very humid outside, however, there was dehumidifying taking place so the bed was almost wet to the touch.

Very clean .. bed was comfy Breakfast was good.

When I booked the room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. My husband has Parkinson¿s and using the stairs was tough. Will not book there again

Beds were terrible. Shower was worse than a garden hose. The room felt dingy and outdated. Smell was awful. It was obviously a smoking hotel at some point and the smell is in the walls. Will not stay again.

Friendly, competent staff who go above and beyond to respond to guests.

Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, resulting in hip and lower back pain after a night's sleep.

Really great breakfast with lots of variety. Friendly staff and the hotel is kept clean and well maintained.

Noise from the surrounding rooms came through the walls and ceiling. I could hear thumping over my head and on the nearby steps, and coughing through the adjacent wall. While coffee is available 24/7, it is watery, light, and flavorless.

Even from walking in the door you felt cared for. The staff drew small maps to areas we needed to reach. They gave suggestions for restaurants and places for items we needed. The included breakfast was great! You could park near your room. Very quiet

The lock on the side door would not work. I had to keep walking around to the front door.

Yes the breakfast experience was bad. The breakfast was located in another building far away from the main hotel. There was no breakfast served on the second day on Sunday which was the checking out date. I feel cheated because I paid more money.

There were no elevators--we walked to wrong side of hotel to find our room--the stairs seemed very old and dangerous. Bed were comfortable and clean

AC noises make it harder to fall asleep.

I paid extra for a hot tub that did not work. Lazy unhelpful staff.
