ibis budget Toulouse Centre Gare

It met our needs. The staff was good, especially  who checked us in and helped us get oriented to the city.

It is close to the train station, and you can easily walk from the hotel.

The room has got the minimum you can ask which is beds but nothing else except a little desk and chair.It is really empty and a bit like a hospital bedroom. 1 night is enough.

Good location, worth the price. The staff was really nice and it was just a walking distance from the city center.

Rooms a bit small but spacious enough to move around.

Very rude staff in the breakfast room. Paid for a coffee but wasn’t allowed to sit inside to drink it?

Parking was safety and free. Clean and quiet.

Very well located, very close to the train/bus station and the city center.There is a food delivery ordering machine available at reception, as well as vending machines with ready-made meals that just need to be heated. The hotel provides microwaves to heat these meals. At the hotel entrance, near the reception, there are tables where guests can eat. There is a water fountain available to refill water bottles. Breakfast has a good variety.It is possible to store luggage at the hotel.

Poor cleanliness: one of the towels in our bathroom was dirty and had hair on it. It looked like it hadn’t been washed or changed. The bathroom was poorly cleaned; it was clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This made me doubt the overall cleanliness of the room and whether the duvet/bed linen had been changed before our stay.Breakfast had poor restocking of soy milk. When it ran out, the staff member did not refill it. All other items were restocked except this one. There was even one day when there was no plant-based milk at all.

Good overnight stay without frills.. Close by centrr and well organised.

The staff was nice and the location not far from the attractions and bus station, but the neighborhood looked a little questionable at night.

Pretty old rooms and facilities, but okay for the price. However, the heating ventilation in the room didn’t do anything, it was quite chilly at night.

wierd spot for a hotel, bright rooms, i guess you should try to rent a cute apartment instead for the same money and a better experience. but the staff did all they could to make it a okay experience

Friendly and attentive reception staff who went above and beyond to provide luggage storage for us following check out. Rooms are decently sized and tidy, good value for money. Buffet breakfast had a small selection of high quality pastries, meats and cheeses.Location is not too far from Toulouse city centre (20 mins walk) and easily accessible from the Matabiau

The room was not clean. We were two people but were given only one towel, and when we asked for more, one of the housemaids was very rude—she said we had to ask her colleague because it was “her room,” and that colleague refused to take the request. We eventually received just one extra towel.We stayed for two nights and the room was never cleaned, even though we were out every day from 09:30 to 14:30. No one came by to tidy up or make the bed.The free parking was acceptable, but each time we needed a space unlocked, we had to ask. They handed us a key and we had to open it ourselves.Overall, a really bad experience.

Location of hotel was only 10mins drive into the main centre.

Unclean hotel, toilet was not flushed when we entered the room after check-in. Hotel looks very rundown and boring. Nothing to do around the area.

I booked Ibis Gare to be by the station. But this is some 600 - 700 mètres from the station. I thought I was booking the Ibis opposite the station, which I now know is Ibis Matabiau. It was a late night arrival so this cost me more in time and taxi fares. And was not the usual Ibis standard. It should NOT be called Ibis Gare.

Couldn't find it in the dark and the rain! Not very well sign posted. This is a budget hotel so don't expect any frills. No family rooms had to book 2 rooms.

It was to dirty. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was dirty

The room is small and has basic furniture, but it is clean and functional. The location is convenient, close to the station, Good value for the price.
