El Beso Adults Only at Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive

The location was nice.

I bkd a privilege jr suite rooftop pool view on 3/14/26 but received a regular jr suite without the privilege amenities the resot offers. I had to pay an extra 500 USD to the property to receive the correct tier and rm. As of 3/30/26 issue not resolved.

Since the moment you enter staffs are offering things for you to buy extra, it's annoying. The restaurants always has line to go in if you do not make a reservation early in the morning on the app. If you have allergy to mosquito...do not go there,

Specialty Restaurants were spot on. Pools were amazing. Most of the staff were really friendly.

Buffet Restaurant was basically a sauna. You would just sweat the whole time you were eating. Some of the staff were a little rude. Massage therapist was 10 minutes late and stopped 5 minutes early. 80 minutes= 65 minutes

I liked my room and the shower. I just had problems with the locks and the air conditioner and it was hard to get it fixed or change rooms.

The food. All the food was bad. Even the nicest restaurant that is completely booked by 9am is the worst Hibachi experience I have ever had. The snack bars are gross, the room service food is terrible. I threw up after most of my meals.

We upgraded to a swim out location. The resort was beautiful.

We had one issue with member of wait staff in one of restaurants, but other than that, staff was wonderful. Room supplies and cleaning on daily basis was hit or miss. Food was average. Bathroom ceiling leaked over toilet and we lost power twice.

The rooms were amazing and the location was great. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

The food was subpar at some of the nicer restaurants. The buffet food was good but due to having to eat it regularly because the restaurant food weren¿t that great it got old fast.

Loved everything about the hotel. Good restaurant within resort. Different activities every day to keep you busy. Friendly staff

Pool bar staff was amazing. Hotel employee was very helpful day after check in.

Guest services was not helpful.Toilets backed up and left a nasty smell in room.There should have been an option to make reservations for all restaurants.Covid testing times needs improvement.Privilege tour longer than stated and were rude at the end.

The fact that it was difficult to get food in an all inclusive. Things were closed when it said they weren¿t in the app. The food wasn¿t all that great. The COVID test they supposedly make you take wasn¿t even tested, it seemed as if they put printed it o

The resort offers everything you need you never need to go outside the resort if you don¿t want to.

Margarita grill ( Mexican food) is not a accurate representation of Mexican food. Especially for American people they want the traditional Mexican dishes and unfortunately they don¿t offer it.

I have nothing good to say about this place it has been the worst experience of my life.

It was the worst experience of my life I honestly hope that people would say the truth about this location. The AC unit at our room never worked it was hell we ask for help every day and no one ever helped. They charged us a massage that I didn¿t even go.

They had a lot of restaurants, the room was beautiful. Loved all the things included.

weird smell from the algae in the beach, cause of it couldn't go in.pools were until 7pm which I would've liked until 10pm. breakfast option was the buffet, I wish they had regular restaurants open too. MiniBar wasn't refilled. Room front pool was dirty

The restaurant food was mediocre¿bland and unappetizing. Housekeeping was not consistent and not completed even with repeated requests. Beverages were only replenished once daily. The staff was not helpful or friendly.

Wonderful Place to stay. Lots of pools to choose with swim up bars. Beach is clean but it's a bit of a walk depending on what building you are in but there is a shuttle so no big deal.

The food is nothing to rave about and a few of the restaurants were not open even though the app said they were.

The breakfast buffet and Route 66 restaurant was very good.

Room service is extremely limited and only during certain hours. It cost 10 American dollars every single time you ordered room service. The restaurant selection was very limited and the menu was just OK.

The hotel itself is not Adults Only, only one building and one restaurant are Adults Only. It was EXTREMELY difficult scheduling our dinner reservations and we were unable to eat at the MAJORITY of the restaurants because of this.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel, the hotel staff was rude and when I asked to speak to a manager they refused. Also the room I had book wasn’t available so they tried switching it.
